Nice food, but slow service

We had two very nice iced lattes, the vegan overnight oatmeal and vegan plate (toast with scrambled tofu and avocado). Everything was tasty and large portions, however to the pricy side.
We also waited a very long time for our food (35 minutes), even though the restaurant was not full. Maybe it is a cultural difference, but there were four workers/baristas mostly hanging out and sitting on their phone, while it seemed like only one person was in the kitchen making food. It seemed a little odd.

Pros: Different vegan options, Nice atmosphere, Tasty food and coffee

Cons: Long waiting time, Pricy

Excellent food and friendly staff

Really nice selection and variations, I tried the tofu and avocado on toast and my boyfriend’s oatmeal and both were delicious! Staff were so kind but can get very busy so try to come at “off peak” meal times, like just before lunch/ just after!

Pros: Tasty Food, Nice staff, Cool place

Great coffee

We have often been disappointed by the coffee in SE Asia. But this coffee is great. The staff is friendly and speak English well. Like many places in Hanoi, you have to climb a narrow staircase to get in, but the shop itself is clean and bright. We liked that they have vegan breakfast options and a few cocktail choices for the afternoon. We also talked with them about making a vegan egg coffee and they agreed to try to find a good recipe to add to the menu.

Delicious

The staff here is super nice and the food is delicious too. They make their lattes vegan and the staff knows what vegan means and take care to make sure you get the right food. It gets quite busy for breakfast, but there are two levels where you can sit so space is not an issue.

We had the tofu and avocado toast, and the vegan oatmeal bowl. Such a nice breakfast!

Pros: Delicious food, Friendly staff

Lovely

Having been to their sister cafes in Phong Nha and Hoi An, I knew what to expect. Everything was perfect and delicious. I had the vegan bowl and the most amazing vegan coconut coffee that is always yummy. Sitting upstairs on the balcony is a great vibe. Friendly staff as always

Pros: Delicious food, Balcony upstairs overlooking street, Friendly staff

Healthy vegan western breakfasts

Relaxing and clean setting, serving a tasty selection of western breakfast options e.g. porridge, smoothies, tofu scramble, smoothie bowls, etc.

Great western style coffee place

Great coffee, great breakfast and lunch options. Only thing is that the upper area could use some improvement. Other than that, perfect!

Best blended coffees

We loved this place. We had the blended peanut butter and coconut coffee. They were so delicious we had two! The overnight oats are delicious and well worth a try. We also tried the yellow bowl and the granola bowl (without yoghurt). They were delicious too.

Would have given five stars if it let me!

Lovely brunch

I had peanut butter coffee with scrambled tofu & toast
It was very good, and I seated on the terrace so I enjoyed the view on the street

The cafe is located on the 2nd floor, you have to take the blue stairs that are on the narrow alley

Staff members were nice :)

Favorite cafe in Hanoi

This place has many vegan options like oatmeal, smoothie bowls, avocado toast. And really nice ice blended coconut and peanut butter coffees. You have to walk up a stairs in an alley to get there but definitely worth it.

Ok food but not a pleasant experience.

We went there for breakfast and ordered a scrambled tofu with avocado toast and an overnight oatmeal vegan bowl. It was ok, nothing great but it was the only place offering that kind of breakfast in the area.

Our plan was to also order coffee, since they have soy and almond milk. But sitting next to the coffee station we didn’t like what we saw and we decided to not order coffee. The barista wasn’t very hygienic, she was also smoking (vaping) while preparing the coffees…

I know in Vietnam it’s pretty challenging to find clean places and most of the times you don’t see the kitchen so what you can’t see doesn’t hurt you… But when you see it, it’s hard to unsee it.

Delicious Coconut Coffee

It was more than I expected. I thought it would be like a vietnamese coffee but with coconut. But there was lots if coconutice instead. Nearly a meal. 😜 you have to tell that you want vegan, but it‘s mentioned in the menu.
the vegan breakfast options sound great too!

Pros: Vegan options, Nice atmosphere, Good english

Yes, they have soymilk

Hard to find in Vietnam, but here you go. Situated right across the street of Katze Restaurant on the first floor (look above, easy to miss). I had the peanut putter coffee ice blended, which is basically icecream. But if you like icecream you will like it. There is a vegetarian and vegan version, so be sure to ask for vegan. They will understand.

Tofu Scramble

Tofu scramble, avocado and tomatoes on sourdough with a cheeky side of beans (referred to as the ‘vegan plate’ on the menu) was magnificent. If you look the creamier tofu scrambles then try this place out!

Good americano but their alternative milk is soya… which made the latte taste like cardboard. So, maybe don’t have a soya based drink if you’re heading there (if you appreciate good coffee).

Pros: Great tofu scramble

Cons: Soya milk

OK, probably wouldn't go back

After a few weeks in Vietnam not being able to get alternative milks, all we were hanging out for was a soya cappuccino so we were excited to see it on the menu here. Unfortunately though, we were disappointed as the (soy) milk was really, really not good and the coffee was super watery.
I got the vegan plate, which was nice, although it would have been better if the scrambled tofu was separate to the avocado on toast rather all mixed up together.
It's a cute cafe though with a nice vibe.

Pros: Food ok/good, Nice cafe inside

Cons: Soya cappuccino was horrible!

Good food, bit busy, laptop friendly

Really cute space up the stairs of an alley so it is a bit hidden, there's a vegan porridge bowl and a vegan hearty breakfast to choose from which are both very good. They have soy or almond milk for drinks. Let me just say that I was not a fan of the almond milk they use there, unfortunately I also don't like soymilk in general, so the drinks weren't my jam, but that's just my taste.. The atmosphere is really nice, but there's a lot of people always so it can get pretty loud. They have plugs on the tables so you can also work there.
