Minimal vegan option, good vegetarian - Edit
Not really any vegan options when I went (seems like the menu updates occasionally). I was able to get the gyoza which were vegan. I ordered the "veggie tonkatsu" salad which ended up being a katsu style fried egg(?) patty with a layer of cheese inside. So not great for vegans but vegetarian friendly.

Bad quality and no flexibility - Edit
First of all, we were waiting for half an hour to place an order. They were obviously unsure of the meaning of 'vegan'. I tried to ask for a vegan version of pho, but this was not possible. Then, I was asking if "spring rolls" contain eggs. It turned out that these were actually summer rolls, luckily! However, they were almost frozen and not very tasty, with a disgusting sauce, not really authentic. My drink ("Viet Mule") was okay. My non-vegan fellows were also disappointed, for example, because of cold rice for the curry. They did not even ask if we enjoyed our dinner.

The vegan pad thai is very good! It had shiitake, zucchini, red pepper, snow pea, green bean, carrot, edamame and artichoke and truffle oil 😍 My mom who eats usually omni/flexitarian had it as well and loved it. It wasn't too spicy which I appreciated.

The prices were fair.
The young waitress was a gem, and the staff was very polite and smiling when we came in and when we left 😊

J’y suis allée cette semaine pour le déjeuner et le bobun vegan avait disparu de la carte. Il n’y avait donc que des gyozas en entrée et un pad Thai en plat. Meme pas de lait végétal pour les boissons ! Hormis cela, l’endroit est très grand donc très bruyant, les tables sont proches, le personnel est speed. Franchement pas emballée.

Restaurant located in the Confluence commercial center which is convenient but I cannot say the menu is vegan friendly. They used to have a vegan bobun that disappeared from the menu. The only vegan options left are gyozas for starter and a pad Thai for the main course. They don’t even have plant milk! Moreover the place is big so super loud, tables are very close to one another. The staff is really busy. Overall not so excited by that place.
