The Cowboy Cookie and the Hippie Vegan Cookie are both substantial, crispy, nutty and dunkable. Good coffee. Almond milk and Oatly if you like creamer.

I went here today for the first time, and it definitely won't be the last! They have an adorable little gift section, with t-shirts, coffee gear and more. The cycling theme is really cool and the whole place has a really stylish, clean atmosphere. They had a plethora of wine for sale too. The coffee was very tasty and smooth (not burnt-tasting like SOME local SB shops that over roast it). At 11:30am they still had a few vegan cookies left, two different types. The Cowboy Cookie is SO good. It has peanut butter, chocolate chips, oats, coconut shreds etc., which give it a great, different texture. I was here for a business meeting but could hardly focus while savoring this amazing treat. ☕🍪 The barista, Gaia, is extremely helpful and nice!

Amazing coffee and they stock Oatly Barista (oat milk) which is the best plant-milk for coffee.

Also the building and atmosphere are really awesome and they have a good outdoor seating area.

I was worried I wouldn’t find a great coffee place on vacation, but I did and they had vegan food and pastry options which is huge win for my specialty coffee and vegan food loving soul. This shops seems to have been added awhile ago. Like most coffee shops, they have discontinued soy and carry oat milk now! As well as almond milk. They have two vegan breakfasts, a yummy grain and veg bowl and avocado toast! As well as they had two vegan pastries, a cookie and a jam scone which were delicious. My boyfriend and I tried every vegan thing we found and it was all SO damn good! We’ve been back every morning of our trip.

Best Coffee in Town and Nice Pastries - Edit
This place does awesome espresso coffee and awesome almond milk latte coffee. Plus some scones are vegan and cookies. The cookies are the winner by far. I'll be back ;)
