Nice Icecream - Edit
This shop is very popular among the people of Jena. They have changing flavors and some vegan options. It's worth a try. At the moment, there are two stores, this one located at the market will close soon.

I really like this little ice-cream shop at the market. They have changing flavours, but some of them are always vegan. The cone is also vegan. It's very delicious.
