Good

The food is cheap, but the menu is not clear as to which are the vegetarian options. The tempura was also not indicated on the menu. Had to ask the staff and she kindly informed the kitchen to fry mushroom tempura. Overall, the food is cheap and good. Located near JR Sapporo station makes it very accessible.

Delicious and affordable

It's in the far corner next to escalators going up and down from the 100 Yen shop.
Menu is found in Japanese and English.
Various tempura with only veggies and and a vinegar rice/fried tofu roll that is super yummy.

Pros: Cheap.
