Serves meat, vegan options available. Chinese Sichuan hot pot restaurant. Offers a variety of vegan soup bases, vegetables and sauces. Specify vegan, staff is knowledgeable about options.
Han is Szechuan hot pot - you order a soup base, raw veggies, mushrooms, noodles, and tofu of all kinds, and cook them yourself on tabletop burners in either an individual or shared hot pot. All the soup bases but one are vegan- I really liked the (hot!!) chengdu hot and spicy and the “old pickle jar.” The veggies are very fresh and there is a wide variety, and there is a huge sauce & topping bar to customize your meal. It’s a fun way to share a meal & VERY vegan-friendly. Just make sure to tell your server since they refill the broth with either meat broth or water — and the “V” tag they put on veggie bowls can be hard to see. Full bar, too.
