Vegan burger

Burger place with vegan options available (one burger and one sandwich, “panino”).
We tried the “Nurra” burger, with a vegetable burger, tofu slices, hummus, tomatoes, and hazelnut crumbs.

It’s a huge one. I don’t think the ingredients blended too well, and tofu would have been better if it was grilled or fried, but I appreciate the effort of including a fully vegan option. Nice French fries 👌
