Some really decent vegan options when you find yourself in middle of nowhere

When one is in middle of nowhere in Italy, and sees a hamburger restaurant. You'd usually walk right past it thinking "maybe I can have some chips there as a last resort"

However, this time around, I was kind of shocked to see some actual vegan options.

Pros: Good service, Good food, Well laid out menu
