Nice vegan cheese cake, other options alright

Enjoyed the vegan cheese cake as wasn’t expecting by much but it was a great dessert option to finally have something sweet. Nachos were good though island life you always get funky too fermented tofu/tempe flavour. Couldn’t handle the burger because of this only ate half and a little bit of the nachos. Though my partner finished them and like them. Wedges were good!

Lovely view !

We had 3 small appetisers. They were ok, not amazing. But I appreciated quite a lot of vegan options. We had the nachos, bruschetta and cauliflower buffalo. I wouldn’t get the bruschetta again. It nachos and cauliflower was top!

Decent vegan food, great vegan cheesecake

They don’t have too many vegan options but the ones available are labelled properly. The Vegan nachos were pretty great, the cheesecake as well, only the main course disappointed me because it only had a tiny piece of a very delicious tempe and lots of fried rice.

Pros: Properly labelled vegan dishes , Fast service , Nice location for sunset

Cons: Not too many vegan options

Good spot, busy, okay food

I ordered the vegan Tempe burger which comes with wedges. After waiting for about 20 mins, they brought my friend her burger and brought me out a vegan cheesecake. When I explained that wasn’t my order, someone else came out and apologised for the mistake and said they have out a rush on the order so it comes through quicker.
When it did come it was nice, but nothing to get excited over. It was filling though, I couldn’t eat it all.
They have a vegan section of the menu, where about 5 items are listed, they also have a couple of things listed in the snack section and the vegan cheesecake in the dessert section of the menu.
Views are lovely.

Pros: Lovely view of the beach, Several vegan options clearly listed , Friendly service

Beachside vegan options

Big resort overlooking the ocean with a dedicated vegan section on the menu. Had the vegan nachos with tofu bolognese sauce , smaller portion than all the non-vegan meals that my friends had but if you have a smaller appetite it would be a good size. Tasty, but not mind blowing.

Pros: Dedicated vegan section on menu , Great view of the ocean

Cons: Small portion compared to other meals on the menu , Not super flavourful

Nice place

Had dinner at Hai Bar & Grill in Mushroom Bay as I saw they have a few vegan things on the menu. I had the avocado bruschetta which consisted of 3 pieces of baguette with smashed avo, a pineapple salsa and caramelised onions. It was very delicious but the portion size was on the small side.
They had a separate section on the menu with vegan items but other items on the menu were also labelled that they could be made vegan such as the roasted vegetable pasta.

They also had a vegan cheesecake on the menu with homemade cream cheese which was made of cashews. This dessert was so delicious! Unfortunately it was also quite rich so I couldn't finish it. My other half who is not vegan said this is the best vegan dessert he's ever tasted.

The setting is really lovely and looks over the beach in Mushroom Bay. Definitely try get a table closest to the beach so you can watch the sunset.
