Good vegan asian food - Edit
If you know Asian food, you know the buddhist/hindu influences make it easy to whip up some flavorful dishes without animal products. Here you can find vegan beef/chicken (seitan), different types of tofu, vegan kimchi, mushrooms, and vegetables. Mi Goreng Indomie noodles are vegan in the instant noodle section. You can find other vegan noodles as well like savory black bean. You just have to read the ingredient list because a lot of east asian foods contain fish in some way. Some easy dishes you could make from shopping here: panang curry, spring rolls, peanut noodles, braised spicy tofu, veggie stir-fry, lettuce wraps, hot pot.

It is a grocery store with a food court. I get the ramen soup with tofu in the food court. Not many vegan options in the food court. I find some ok vegan options in the grocery store like ramen, veggies, fruits, tofu … it is an option if you want to explore.

Large Asian grocery store - Edit
The frozen section is a bit difficult to withstand due to the strong smell of nearby fish and only a small percentage of items in the store are vegan but I always enjoy the exploration. Vegan ramen and cinnamon Korean pancakes are staples for me. Wide range of tofu products.

Great vegan finds - Edit
I love going to HMart. It is not a fully vegan store, and I avoid the meat and seafood areas. I love finding all different kinds of tofu, great selection of mushrooms, great produce and unique vegan finds. Near the tofu I found some refrigerated vegan "chicken" and "beef" which was great.
