Flavorless and crowded - Edit
Trader Joe’s frozen gyoza have more flavor. I ordered the pan fried Gyoza and husband had beef curry. Both had no flavor. Service was fine but this must be a tourist trap, but not a worthy one.

Lightly seasoned meal - Edit
They have a variety of vegan options, which is always a plus. We waited about an hour to be seated, as the restaurant is quite small with limited space. I ordered the vegetable gyoza, fried tofu, and vegetable ramen. The flavors were light but satisfying. While it may not be the best meal I’ve had, I appreciated the range of options beyond just rice or fries.

Vegan gyoza - Edit
We came here obviously to test the vegan gyoza. They have two different options: deep fried and pan-fried vegetable gyoza, plus a bunch of other vegan plates. We also tried the beans and the seaweed. The gyoza were good, especially the pan-fried, as we got two portions of them. The service was a bit slow, as we waited outside for more than one hour just to sit, and the place was really crowded with tourists. I haven't seen a single Japanese customer there, and this is usually not a good sign. But anyway, if you are looking for a vegan Gyoza right in the center of Osaka, where Dotonbori begins, that's the right place

Fantastic vegan variety in Osaka! - Edit
This place gets crowded early, so try to be there around opening or wait until the dinner rush is done.

But will surely recommend to go here for good vegetarian Japanese food.

Go for smth else than the Gyoza - Edit
I agree the pan fried veggie gyoza are quite tasteless. Also the meat gyoza weren’t that great. Edamame & cucumber salad was good. So better don’t go for the gyoza but for one of the other veggie options. Fried tofu balls weren’t my taste, tasted for me like fried mashed potatoes which I didn’t expected (very subjective opinion!). All veggie options are clearly labeled. We didn’t had to wait long in line to get seated, but we were quite late (22.30pm) and they close at 23pm. Served food quickly.

Nice late night snack in Osaka - Edit
I had the vegetable gyoza and tofu karaage, super filling and great for a late night snack/dinner before drinking or partying in the area.

Nice food, rather quick - Edit
Lovely meal, has a separate menu. Gyoza were a bit bland but the sauce to drown them in is heavily. Cucumber and edamame are good but skip the yam

Lots of options - Edit
This place hast a lot of options. Vegetarian options are clearly labelled, you have to ask which ones are vegan. Food was good, but for a gyoza place, there weren't lots of different gyoza on the menu and they tasted a bit like the frozen ones you can buy in the supermarket. I ended up liking the side dishes more than the gyoza. There was a line, but we didn't had to wait very long.

Good food, long wait - Edit
There aren’t many vegetarian/vegan options, but they are very tasty. We had the pan fried veggie gyoza and the deep fried tofu with ponzu, and both dishes were delicious. That said, we had to wait in line on our feet for 40min, so not the best experience overall. I’d recommend going in early!

Decent Gyoza - Edit
The wait was long (30mins arriving at 9:15pm) and the restaurant was rammed once I finally got in. I'm not sure why it's so popular given the food was just ok.

Nice place that isn’t too busy. Meat and vegan options. The gyoza was only so so but the “super fresh potato” was yummy and so was the cucumber salad

Great options - Edit
This place had some great vegan options which the staff pointed out to us as soon as we got there. Their menu is comprehensive with what’s in each dish which makes it easy to order. The ramen was beautiful and full of flavour and veggies. It’d be great if there was a protein element to it with tofu or soy meat- we ordered a side of tofu which was super tasty, so that is always an option.

My husband loved the apple highball which is made with their own apple cider vinegar.

Decent option - Edit
There aren't many options around Namba station. This place is popular with foreigners. The menu clearly states allergies. There's a vegan green sign on the menu but I'm not sure about dairy products (as in the icecream) as it's not mentioned as an allergy, so better check beforehand.
Read moreService was fast. Gyozas are quite small, nothing special. We loved the cucumber side dish though.
Pros: Good for a quick dinner, Vegsn sign on menu, English is spoken here
Cons: Not sure about dairy as it is not listed, Only foreign customers, Gyozas are just okay

Gyoza was very tasty and a good selection of drinks too. Veg ramen wasn’t too bad as well but broth wasn’t too flavourful. Staff was friendly and could speak English well. Plum wine selection was very good.

Really good~ - Edit
The staff was super nice. The gyoza was really good. I'm happy that they had labels for the allergens. They show which dishes have fish, egg, etc. The only thing is that they didn't have a label for milk. Honestly, wasn't too much of a problem. Overall, it was a really nice place to eat at. The food was really good. There were tons of options.
