Guzman y Gomez is categorically not vegan - Edit
Guzman y Gomez does not make any effort to separate ingredients when prepared on the line, and has stated outright they will not change this, anyone with allergy issues or dietary requirements is guaranteed to consume at least some meat residue for this reason. Vegan menu products does not equal vegan because of this.
