Gusto Gourmet...a few vegan options - Edit
Gusto Gourmet has a small menu, but clearly labels items as vegetarian/vegan. I ordered fresh soursop juice and vegan arepas with marinated eggplant, tomato, avocado balsamic glaze. The filling packed a punch of flavor and the thick sweet glaze paired well with creamy avocado. I recommend this for any vegan wanting to try Venezuelan fusion food!
