Authentic food, vegan style!

So amazing to try these local specialties in a vegan version!

EDIT: Please make sure if the gukbap is vegan, I was told after that it tends to use a beef broth :(

Just wondering if you checked if the kimchi was vegan as it tends to contain fish sauce?
