So nice, we went twice - Edit
We spent the weekend in Nashville and after having breakfast here the first day, we knew we’d have to come back. They make the best vegan biscuits! We had the straight edge sammy, made with a beyond sausage patty and cheese. Perfection! We also got the loaded biscuit, which tastes exactly like a red lobster garlic/cheese biscuit. They also have pastries and a rotating special biscuit flavor. When we visited, it was S’Mores, and it was really good.
Read moreThe owners are super friendly and recommended a few places in town to check out when we asked. It’s a tiny place, you order your food & pay, then step outside to wait and they bring it out to you. There’s only one table out front but it’s in a little alley area of shops and if you venture to a different alley, there’s more seating available.
I love places like this, where they make one thing and do it really, really well. Guerilla Bizkits is doin it right!!
Pros: Biscuit perfection, Friendly staff, Super clean shop

I had a fantastic experience. It’s a little hardcore themed shop. I had 3 biscuits and I regret nothing. I got the straight edge! This is the best vegan biscuit I’ve ever had bar none.

Amazing - Edit
These biscuits are excellent! Fresh, hot, crispy and moist at the same time, and the guy who runs the shop is really nice and cool. We couldn't decide on a biscuit so we tried all three. So worth it and really happy this place exists.

Simple and to the point selection with some outdoor seating, but great at what they do. Been there twice and had their excellent variations on a breakfast sandwich. Staff is very friendly and does a great job.

Amazing Find in Nashville! - Edit
How could I come to Nashville and not have biscuit ? I literally stumbled upon this place in a kind of alley of stores was a huge sign: VEGAN! And I’m in! I am in love with this little shop and have already been back for more ! Alex and Zach are so friendly and their biscuits are divine! I had the Loaded cheddar/garlic “Sammy” with sausage and cheddar. I would not call this place a bakery at all! It’s a Bizkittery! Unique unto itself !!

Biscuits are wonderful - Edit
So good! I would say two biscuits is a good number to have. One hits the spot but leaves you wanting more but two is perfect for breakfast (but take some frozen for later!). I would recommend one plain with jam and one Sammie.

Perfect biscuits - Edit
How do they make biscuits so perfectly buttery and pillowy and that don’t crumble apart? We happily stumbled into this little bakery while exploring the neighborhood and were delighted by the offerings and friendly staff. Next time we plan to try more than just the buttermilk.

Stop by EVERY time I go through town. If it is not too busy I always chat with Zach about music, tattoos, vegan food, and all of that in the south.

If you are seeking a fantastic biscuit, this is the place. Delicious and buttery. You can get plain biscuits or biscuit sandwiches. You can also buy frozen biscuits for later. There's also coffee drinks. The owner seems like a great person.

Bizkits. That’s all and it’s enough. - Edit
We read about these damn biscuits and trekked back across the city during our weekend stay in Nashville. We had buttermilk biscuits with vegan butter and the cherry jalapeño biscuit with beyond sausage and violife cheese. We didn’t understand what all the hype was about but after biting into those crispy on the outside tender on the inside biscuits we came to see the light. Plus I love biscuits with a healthy dose of punk rock. Get some! You won’t be disappointed. No online or phone orders though you can call to see if they’re sold out before making the drive.

Just what I was looking for - Edit
Its been a long time since I had a biscuit since they are usually not vegan. Hit the spot. The loaded had just enough cheese, garlic, butter flavor without overpowering the biscuit.

Pretty good biscuits - Edit
My boyfriend and I were in Nashville, and he really wanted to try Guerilla Bizkits, so we checked it out. It's pretty much a hole in the wall and definitely meant to take out. Luckily, we found seats not too far away, but it was a chilly morning, and eating outside is not fun in cold weather. Guerilla Bizkits offers biscuits, biscuit sandwiches, and coffee (which is a problem if you prefer your caffeine from other sources, but there is a place that serves tea nearby). It's also in a little collection of shops and is closed when the shops are open.

We had the straight edge biscuit sandwich, and the cherry jalapeno one for later. So so so good. I wish we had this place back home. Great owner, too.

The one true biscuit - Edit
You will never buy biscuits from the grocery store ever again. I sure haven’t. The cheddar bay biscuit dupes are delectable but it’s the “straight edge” buttermilk bizkits that make me panic if I don’t have a three-pack in the freezer at all times.

Hardcore, Heart and Bizkits - Edit
My partner and I went down to Nashville for a show in September of 2021. We wanted to check out local vegan spots and luckily got in touch with Zach from Guerilla Bizkits. He was honestly one of the most genuine and nice people I have ever met. Unfortunately Ali was out of town, but their bizkits are a god send. Absolutely delicious. While we were in town Zach gave us a tour of sweet places in Nashville which include other vegan spots. I cannot recommend Guerilla Bizkits enough and the hard work that they put in not only in their food, but the community.

BEST BIZKIT IN NASHVILLE!! - Edit
Absolute coolest place in Nashville and it’s vegan which makes it 100 X cooler. I love the owners and their passion for making affordable vegan food that actually tastes amazing. Catch them all over Nashville or in their new storefront off of Fatherland! I can’t recommend this place enough😄

Best biscuits now get a brick and mortar shop - Edit
Starting off as a post-Tornado early pandemic delivery service, Guerilla Bizkits makes flavorful vegan southern biscuits. When they began it was delivery and local distribution only, I always kept some in the freezer to bake when the craving called. Now a year later, they've opened their own shop! These two pour a lot of love and work into every creative endeavor they take on. It's very exciting to see the vegan community in Nashville growing with a much needed staple like big vegan southern biscuits. All the flavors are excellent but I do love the straight edge flavor—you just can't go wrong with the classic.
