Tasty stuffed flatbread from kiosk with communal covered seating

Still open on 15th August and very busy. One of several kiosks with shared covered seating.
Short but good variety menu. We all chose crispy tofu, salad, kimchi stuffed flatbread with polenta chips. Good fresh food served by a friendly team. Well priced and big portions

Pros: Great tasting food, Central location, Large portions

Cons: Outside seating so could be cold in cooler weather

Just go.

A little stall in the middle of Altrincham! Doesn't look like much from the offset, but just order something and you will see...
I had the Korean tofu wrap with kimchi and my good god, it has to have been in my top 5 meals of the year so far (and I have eaten a heckin lot of meals). Relatively cheap & very relaxed! Cannot wait to go again and try the new polenta fries :)

Pros: Top quality food, Pretty good price , Casual seating

eat the rainbow

The food here is absolutely delicious and wonderfully colourful. I had the Korean bowl, my friend the Mexican bowl, and we were both super impressed.
It's a long way from where I live but I would definitely make the trip just to eat there again!

Amazing

Staid the weekend in Manchester and needed something quick to pick up before we got the tram back to Piccadilly before going home. Was quick service and super delicious vegan food, and the smoothie was unreal. Wasn’t badly priced either.

Wasn’t opened at advertised time

Made a detour to come here, I broke up a 2 hour journey with this in the middle. It wasn’t open unfortunately... I checked the times on the app and the website 10-3 Sunday but at 10.30 it wasn’t open.

We called for the first time this week on our way back from Manchester airport after having had a few days in Berlin going from one vegan place to the next. We wondered if we could maintain that holiday feeling for a little while longer.....
We were pleasantly surprised.
Yes.
This little vegan stall with covered outside seating would not be out of place in Berlin or anywhere else. I had a very tasty Korean tofu burger which I thoroughly recommend.
We will not be waiting until we fly off somewhere to go here again. Gud is now on our radar. We will go back.

Pros: Tasty, A burger but different...

Best Vegan place I've been to!

This is my go to place for Vegan food. No pretentious and complex items on the menu. A friendly owner with a genuine passion for food. I would recommend the Mexican black bean burger with polenta chips. Everything I have tried here is amazing!

Pros: mouth watering dishes

Delicious inventive vegan food

Gud has just reopened after the winter break! The best-selling black bean burger tasted as good as it looked and the moist, crunchy polenta chips with garlic mayo made a lovely accompaniment. Excellent sophisticated vegan food served by a friendly owner!

Pros: Great vegan food in Altrincham!

Surprising find

Really delicious burgers served in REALLY good bread, almost like a wrap. Completely unexpected and delicious.

One member of staff in a tiny kitchen who was nice, calm and brought our food out quickly.

Prices were fair, especially considering the pricy market a street away.

Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Delicious food, Quiet, quirky surroundings, Staff member was nice

great soup/limited gluten free options

Potato leek soup is excellent. Only gluten free options were a couple choices minus the normally included bread.

Recommended. Enjoy!

We'll definitely come back, when we're in the area.

Fantastic food

This is a small stall in an outdoor market. The food was delicious, inventive and nutritious. It's proper grown up vegan food. It's clearly a real labour of love and the fella was incredibly busy preparing these fresh meals - lots of love in it. They have vegan brewdog beers. A great mix of fresh and fried - polenta chips with everything please! There were some service delays, but lots of goodwill as he couldn't have worked faster.

Pros: Excellent food (and beer!)

Cons: Shared seating area (outdoors, so less grim) with

Well worth a visit

The super grain bowl was wonderful - it had a generous helping of avocado, lovely vegan mayo, kimchi, crisp green beans, so much in there to delight! We also had the hummus and freshly made flat bread with the strawberry coconut smoothie to finish. Everything was incredibly fresh and we felt we had eaten a good wholesome lunch.
Very impressive for a small street stall. The set up is nice too. There is covered outdoor seating with free bottles of tap water you don't need to ask for but are automatically brought over. The wait staff are very attentive.

Pros: Everything is vegan Everything is fresh and homema, Great value for money

Cons: It is hard to get to, you need a car and then it i
