Standard jay (veg) place, no garlic or onion used. Dishes served out of trays, you choose and point. Come early as food runs out. No English sign - look for yellow flags. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-3:00pm.
In front of a small wooden house this place has 3 or 4 tables under a roof. On one side is the Intharakeeree Road, on the other side an open space giving this small eatery a peaceful open atmosphere.
The dishes are displayed in trays behind glass and as mentioned above you point or you try your best Thai. The ladies behind the counter are all very friendly, and although they only understand the very basic English, you have quick connection. Return visits will give you a home feeling.
Somewhere the dishes are called bland and in my point of view that is a strong point. Without onions and garlic you allow other ingredients to take centre stage and that is what it does.
The tofu dish mentioned is a nice side dish and on days the tofu has run out, I am a little sad.
Prices are very low. I highly recommend this place for morning and lunch.
(For those who have visited Mae Sot in the past, this is the third location of the same place)
Not gonna win any awards but it's a fine place. These Thai vegan places are all pretty much alike in my experience although I have definitely encountered worse. I ate breakfast here 2 days running so can't have been that bad. Actually it was fine, just a bit plain. The nam prik ong (minced tofu in tomato sauce) was nice and spicy though so credit for that.

Really good cheap food - Edit
This place has really tasty cheap food. The only annoying thing is the opening hours are a bit hit and miss. Vegetarian fish is bomb
