Excellent food. My best try of truly Mexican cuisine and flavour in vegan version. This is not a fast food this is art and proud! Find thanks to friend who leave in Puebla. Highly recommended

Note they have moved from a street tent to an indoor space around the corner. Address on googlemaps is correct: C. 18 Sur 709, Barrio de Analco, 72500 Puebla.
Read moreNot obvious that it's open when you arrive - look for a green sign in the window of door number 709. You can see green tables inside.
Very friendly staff and great food. Enjoyed the 'chorizo' gringas and the soy tacos a lot. Recommended. A little out of the way but defo worth the trip.
