Great ramen! - Edit
We really enjoyed our dinner. The restaurant is small, be prepared for a wait. The menu was clear on the different broths. Enough to take some home for lunch tomorrow!

Terrible customer service experience... - Edit
Had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. My wife, son and I got to the restaurant a little before 7:00 and he was very hungry(we drove 30 minutes for Ramen). There were 12 customers in the restaurant and 20 open seats. The 3 employees refused to serve us at the table for 6 "just in case a larger party comes in." Having managed restaurants for over 20 years, I thought they must be joking. How could they seriously refuse to serve a hungry, paying family in case a better table came in? Luckily for them they are the only ramen in town or they would go the way of Gu in Santa Ana(closed). We ended up going to PHO in Laguna Niguel and had a great time. Gu Ramen you lost one of your biggest fans tonight. We will definitely not be back and will not recommend you to our clients and visitors. I recommend you read "The $6000 Egg". A great book about taking care of your customers and building raving fans.

not very good - Edit
Went a few weeks ago. They have very few topping options for their vegan udon, the soup was Luke-warm, spinach was cold, broth was pretty flavorless.

Good Vegan Ramen - Edit
Udon Tofu is the only vegan ramen option here - available in 3 levels of spiciness. A couple of the 'tapas' options are vegan too. I had the 'medium' spicy level which was very good. Somewhat bizarrely a loud country and western music channel was showing on the large TVs behind the bar.

Cons: Loud TVs, Serves meat, No local beers
