Great vibes, cute place!

Lovely little shop. Nice beverages and snacks, plenty of which are vegan. Cozy indoor area, precious decor and plants, agreeable staff. And a bathroom!

used to be better but still great!

I go here whenever I’m in the area and always get the amelia açaí bowl and a dirty chai. Both are amazing but recently the amelia açaí bowl hasn’t been as wonderful as it used to be.

change in quality

amelia açaí bowl isn’t as good as it used to be. they gave us less açaí and very little topping (especially peanut butter). sad because i went out my way to go here😒

A welcome option in NH

We were in the area for a wedding and were pleased to find Grounds. We went twice for breakfast and tried three muffins (pumpkin, double chocolate, and apple cinnamon). All the muffins are gluten free, and it’s noticeable, but they are still not bad. We had an açaí bowl which we really liked, since you could add Vega protein, and a non-vegan member of our party enjoyed her Greek yogurt parfait. The crumble bars were our favorite.
The coffee, on the other hand, was just fine. I had an oat milk latte the first day that seemed very watery, like a normal coffee with oat milk. The soy latte I had the next day was marginally better.
All in all, I would go back again since there are not many options in the area and the service was very friendly. The gift shop has some quirky and cute items. Glad to have found a place with various vegan options.

Pros: Several vegan breakfast options, Friendly service, Offbeat coffee-related gifts

Cons: Mediocre coffee (and it’s a café!)
