Loved the vegan options - Edit
They had four choices of vegan things from the bakery (muffin, croissant, croissant-danish, and a bar type thing).
Read moreThey clearly labeled the vegan pastry/bread options with the words “vegan” over the physical items displayed behind the glass.
For their savory items, there was a “v” for vegan (on the board behind the cashiers). There was 1-2 savory vegan options (I think one was a sandwich or wrap).
I had the vegan maple pecan croissant danish. Loved it! They even asked me if I wanted it warmed (so got it warmed). So good and tasty!!
I loved the vegan pumpkin (with oat milk) cold brew (not too too many calories like Starbucks does, I got a medium one for 130 calories)!! My only minor complaint was it had too much ice (I will do next time/my tip: just ask them to go light on the ice ;)).

A better Starbucks - Edit
Gregorys is a coffee shop chain that has many branches in NYC. This branch has a bunch of comfortable seats inside, and a few seats outside as well--it is a great place to meet people. This is the first Gregorys branch I ever visited, and I still think this branch is a nice one😄(as are most of the Gregorys branches I have visited).
Read moreGregorys coffee is better than the typical coffee shop. They also have a bunch of vegan savory and sweet items--not for a full-fledged meal, but as an accompaniment to coffee drinking.

Like a Starbucks with good vegan options - Edit
Great little coffee shop that reminded me of Starbucks, but had several great breakfast options in terms of pastries and sandwiches. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick but good breakfast.

Gregory's oat milk matcha latte (made with vegan Oatly milk) was delicious. Overall, the drink was not too sweet, not too boring, but just right.
