Chain coffee place, - Edit
Gregorys Coffee is a fine coffee place--I go here all the time, and have no complaints--I like the coffee a lot, and the munchies are also quite good. However, this place is not particularly geared towards vegetarians, less so for vegans. They have branches all over; this is not a place to seek out for vegetarian food. I appreciate their use of vegan pastries--but with so many other choices nearby in NYC, this is not really up to Happy Cow standards for a restaurant.
Read moreUPDATE: this place used to be listed as a restaurant. Now that it is listed on Happy Cow as a coffee place (and now that is offers more vegan items than formerly), I raised its rating--this place does indeed live up to Happy Cow standards for a coffee shop.

Buenas opciones veganas - Edit
A pensar de no ser un lugar vegano, fue bueno encontrar un desayuno vegano en el sector con más de 1 opción.

Vegan options but expensive - Edit
I only had a hot chocolate (just under $6) and was served well. Service was quick.
Read moreI found it very expensive though. OJ was just under $8 whereas over the road at the deli you could get 2 x OJ for $7
Pros: Options available
Cons: Expensive

Great vegan egg sandwich - Edit
Really good breakfast sandwich and great vegan egg alternative, but seems a bit pricey for something that doesn’t fill you up for very long, but may just seem like it because I’m not from NYC.

That vegan breakfast sandwich tho!!! 😱😱😱 - Edit
Wow, my husband & I followed the recommendation on here to get a vegan egg and cheese sandwich, and boy were we pleased!! It was AMAZING! We also got a Spicy Avo toast to split, which was tasty and is most likely (hehe) a healthier option. The coffee was also good. Will probably need to eat this again tomorrow.... 🤔😁

Breakfast place - Edit
Got a egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast of course it was vegan. To be honest best vegan sandwich I've had it's very simple but it's great. Also got a beer juice with I believe had nut milk which was not my favorite in total came to a total of around 12 dollars. A little expensive but worth it. Theres seating but it's like a small starbucks.
