First visit here. Food is okay but service is better. Have ordered hot lemongrass tea many times whenever I dine at Greendot but this time was unpleasantly surprised that syrup was added. Thankfully the ground staff helped me to top up more hot water.

We didn't give this 5 stars as a few years a go when we came to a different greendot, there were a lot more vegan dishes. It's a shame its not fully vegan.

🎄 Hazel-night Paraline Yule Log ($49.90) – Firstly, it is so cute la!!!! Presentation on the point 👌🏻 ~ Secondly, it is really yummy and not overly sweet kind of dessert. It is at a just nice sweet level for me and hazel-nutty chocolaty flavour is tasty. Love the deco and almond slices side too 😋 … Definitely great for sharing. My family love it too. Note: Need to order 3 days in advance for Log Cake (WA: 9634 2546 to place order if keen). There’s another flavour available too – White Earl Grey Yuzu Yule Log.
🎄 Nutty n’ Nice ($8.90) – This is so goooooooood! It has so many pieces in a jar and I legit cannot stop eating this. Being a sucker for Almond cookies, I ate about 8 pieces within half the day 😂.. #veryaddictive for me, nuts lover. I SUPER LOVE THIS! My top favourite among the two cookies jars owned🥳
🎄 Berry Christmas ($8.90) – Berry X’mas! My second favourite. It contain cranberry and cornflakes. As I did not find out what it contain beforehand, the cornflakes gave me the crunchy-chew kind of surprise. Awesome pairing! Cranberry bites make me very happy and feeling so Christmasy already 🥰

I'm a laksa lover, for me Greendot laksa is good, but definitely not the best, as their laksa is not spicy at all, and the coconut milk is too thick, tastes too strong to me.
Read moreTried their National day special chilli crab, I've eaten the real chilli crab before I became a vegetarian, as I remembered chilli crab tastes sweet, spicy and salty, not sour. For Greendot's chilli crab, I would rather call it tom yam chilli crab or Thai Chilli Crab, it makes me think of Thailand and Thai food, it's good but too oily for me.
For the bento set, the rendang lion mane mushroom is great, sesame rice and other dishes are tasty as well.

Been some time since I last dined at Greendot and was surprised that an outlet has opened at Bishan Junction 8.
Read moreOrdered my favourite Angelica herbal noodles but was a little disappointing as the broth was not as flavourful, possibly because of the late timing and near closing hours.
Was pleasantly surprised that there are many new items introduced and will definitely be back to try them but not near closing hours！

Go for the lion mane and laksa! - Edit
As title suggested, these 2 items are highly recommended by many and they are really good!!! All the food are above average standard and the consistency is there hence you know what you are expecting every visit. This is important becos when i crave for something, I want it to be what i am expecting!

Burger was served piping hot with a side fries, the veggie patty was very juicy and it goes well with the umami-ness of the sauce.

The staffs there (especially the auntie) are always really kind and helpful. Signature bento comes with soup of the day, and you can order local dishes such as laksa too.
