Overall - I liked it and I would go again if I ever found myself in the area.
I am always glad to see a truly vegetarian friendly restaurant and want to default "5-star" any that I visit, but If I'm to give an honest review then the above is what I would rate when comparing to other vegetarian restaurants. The service was great and was slightly more than what I expected. The wait-staff was friendly and cheerful and more than happy to explain their menu and give recommendations. The quality I rated as average because it wasn't bad, but didn't "Wow" me either. Another reviewer mentioned the food tasted quite bland and I'd have to agree. My burrito tasted bland and the thing that helped make that better was some home-made sauce (chipotle?) that wasn't on the menu for my entree but had been recommended when I asked what the waitress' favorite meal was. I'd really like to see those options on the menu or to give more flavor to the entree by default. The actual quality of the ingredients seemed great, but the taste just wasn't up to par for other vegetarian restaurants I've been to. Value wise, this place was pretty good and slightly above average. The burrito I got was fairly large and filling. I wasn't super impressed with the amount of chips that were included with entree.
vegan options - menu has vegan options clearly labelled, and there are multiple options present.

It was okay - Edit
I had the chocolate cookie which was delicious. I went in for a blended coffee drink and they were not able to make it vegan. The place seemed really outdated, a bit run down, and it was super warm inside. I felt like I could find the same offerings in a nearby place that has more fresher atmosphere.

Good vegan options for Cocoa Beach - Edit
Super casual, friendly vibe in Cocoa Beach Florida. Assortment of bowls and açai bowls that can be made vegan. Cocoa Beach is not exactly a vegan food hotspot so if you were in the area and need a good place for lunch, you might consider this.

Fabulous Food - Edit
Cute little shack serving vegetarian food that can be made vegan. My husband and I started with the Emerald Isle salad with ginger dressing which was flavorful and the Purelife wrap. I had the Tropical Açaí bowl (no bee pollen) which was super tasty. Our nephews had Tower of Power smoothies that they said were great. We would come back if we ever found ourselves back in Coco Beach.

Best food I’ve had in weeks - Edit
I had the Gold Coast wrap which came with chips and salsa. The portions are large and my meal was delicious. Friendly service. My only complaint is they were out of vegan desserts.
Read moreSecond visit I had the Eddie Burger and lentil soup. The burger was tasty, though messy as the fillings slipped out. Lentil soup was tasty, lots of veggies. A little salty for my tastes. GTS KOMBUCHA on tap.

many of the sandwiches & wraps can be made vegan - Edit
The Green Room Cafe in Cocoa Beach is solid especially for those plant strong vegans, vegetarians, or flexitarians. The Cafe isn't 100 percent veg yet many of the sandwiches & wraps can be made vegan.
Read moreI have eaten here twice in the last few months. Many of the wraps & sandwiches have surfer names e.g. The Sunset, The Sunrise, The Reef, The Local, The Inlet, The Mavericks, The Secret Spot, & so on.
I Went w/ the Rick Burger on my first visit. This features a 1/4 lb veggie patty, 1000 island dressing, swiss cheese, goat cheese, Quiet Heat chipotle sauce, avocado, carrot, tomato, sprouts, red cabbage, & romaine on a Kaiser roll.
The Rick Burger is easy enough to customize vegan. The veggie burger is made from the Impossible Burger. They will add Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheese instead of the swiss & omit the goat cheese.
The Rick Burger was really good. I had to ask my waitress if it was vegan & it was indeed yet the Impossible Burger is hearty. It is interesting to see the evolution of the vegan veggie burger as many places from restraunts to cafes to fast food joints are using the Impossible Burger or Beyond Meat Burger.
The next time I went to the Green Room I went w/ the Pure Life Wrap. It is vegan by default & comes w/ homemade hummus, tomato, carrot, cucumbers, red cabbage, mushroom, & a baby spring mix.
I did Pure Life Wrap is grilled like a panini sandwich. Nice presentation although was less substantial than the Rick Burger.
These are two opposite spectrums or paradigms of the vegan life. Each sandwich or wrap is served w/ a side of blue corn chips & made in house salsa.
While I feel the sandwiches are solid. The Rick Burger might be the best burger or sandwich in Brevard County for vegans yet feel the Green Room could have different sides besides the corn chips w/ salsa.
I thought the salsa was a bit underwhelming yet perhaps was spoiled when I lived in the Bay Area as visiting a Mission Taqueria there are several varieties of salsa that pack heat & perhaps are a bit more authentic.
If the sandwiches were served w/ a side of potato salad or pasta salad or side salad or steamed greens etc that would bump my review up to five stars.
Thanks Green Room. Look forward to repeated visits at your cafe a few blocks from the beach that is no doubt a favorite for many surfers in the area.
Pros: many of the sandwiches & wraps can be made vegan

Great Vegan Options! 5 Stars - Edit
What is wrong with this app? Can't give 5 stars and The Green Room Cafe doesn't even show up when searching vegetarian or vegan restaurants. It is the only one in Cocoa Beach. I look forward to stopping by for lunch or dinner every year when visiting my parents for the holidays. Never disappointed. I had The Ruebio this trip and it was great. Always fresh.

Would rate 5 stars if allowed!!! - Edit
I've been a regular customer at Green Room for at least 5 years, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is great, it's very laid back and chilled. This is where the locals go, we've even seen Kelly Slater eating here once. As a vegan I am never without options! I order the same thing every single time (The Golden Fold) because it's PERFECT, but anything on the menu could be made vegan. Right across from the beach, as well.

Wonderful - Edit
Went for a late dinner and the place was nearly empty, but that’s just alright with me! Staff was super friendly and accommodating and explained the menu well. I had a fresh carrot juice which was smooth and yummy and The Mavericks wrap which was honestly more bland than I anticipated, but still hit the spot. The vibe in there is eclectic island and they serve alcohol and vegan desserts. Highly recommend to all vegans in the area!
