Lovely options!

I found this place while looking for a cafe. Accidentally discovered that it is a vegan place so i decided to order the hemp burger. It was huge, and really, it's yummy! Goid value for money.

Huge portion!

We came here for lunch, but it ended up being our dinner as well. Both the kebab and the burger was very good, however it was really really big! Do come hungry!

Great food

Tried the hemp burger and the falafel - both brilliant. Good portions for the price. Fresh. Would recommend!

Great place to eat

Just what I was looking for! A nice, interesting vegan burger for a good price. It's quite big and very fullfilling. If I ordered fries I wouldn't have been able to finish it all. The lady working there was very nice. She told me everything there is vegan. We got our two burgers very quickly. We ordered a seitan and a hemp burger. Seitan very fullfiling, hemp a divine taste. I would go there again. Also, it's very close to the city centre.

Reccomended.

Pros: Good value, Friendly staff, Nice vibe

Cons: A bit heavy (the burger)

One of the best vegan spots in ZG

Located in the city centre, it's a very good take away option (although they also have a seating area). central. They've got rather good food options, a very nice atmosphere, and a friendly staff offering a quick service. Highly recommend if you're in town :)

Pros: Good prices, Very centrak, Quick service

Priceworthy vegan spot in city centre

Was here in 2019 (imported from Google Maps review).

Friendly English-speaking staff offered quick service. Good background music as well.

Scrumptious

My go to is the hempburger, delicious and very satisfying. Other dishes are also very nice... Falafel salads, wraps, fries... 👌

Although now supposedly fully vegan, in my e-correspondence with the restaurant I was informed they still serve cows milk if asked to, but that the rest of the menu was fully vegan. To be on the safe side, as I don't know the recipes for the sauces, I always specify that I want everything fully vegan.

Pros: Centrally located, Very reasonably priced, Delicious

Cons: Still serves cow dairy, you have to ask for vegan

Tasty and large burger for a good price

You can choose the patty from different options, I tried seitan and tofu. Both burgers were really good, large and tasty. Also sweet potato and regular fries were good and I got a satisfying amount as a part of the meal. I would go again for sure!

Pros: All vegan, Good options , Great service

Fast and friendly. And now all vegan!

From 2015..

Green Point is super central and a great place to get a quick vegan take away meal. They recently expanded into the next door shop and now offer seating. If you want a good burger this is the places to go. The staff we dealt with had good English and were knowledgeable about what they served that is vegan or not.
Shame that the chocolate covering on the biscuits isn't vegan!

Returned to Green Point in August 2015 and enjoyed a great seitan burger and grilled (fried in batter) mushrooms with loads of mayonnaise followed by a good green smoothie. Still quick and cheap wish there was one of these places in London!

Nov 2017 and this place continues to impress with speedy, tasty, vegan food at decent prices. Free WiFi and clean toilets too!

As of October 2021 Green Point tell me they are all vegan, hooray! And they are intending to increase their dessert menu!

Pros: Quick good food, Central, Inexpensive

Cons: Not enough dessert options!

Hail Seitan

The seitan wrap was great, and the kebab too. Milkshakes can be made vegan. Nice but could be a little thicker/colder for my taste.

I like their hemp burger

Love their hemp burger, but I haven't tried woks yet. Tofu burger is basically just slice of grilled tofu, but I like it too.

Pros: Decent vegan options, cheap

Cons: They never have vegan cheese when you ask for it

Yummy

The prices seem to go up in the evening as on the pictures on here the meals are much cheaper (mine was 69kn). The burger was amazing though!! Quite big too which was great although a mess to eat. I also got a strawberry milkshake which was really good (although it seems to be just milk and strawberries as it wasn’t cold). Staff member was lovely and the seating area is nice!

Hail Seitan !

one of the best Seitan burgers I even ate.
I enjoyed also some good tofu burger and some deep-fried mushrooms.

too bad they were out of deserts that day....

Vegans beware - this place will make you eat beyond control :)

They have improved over the last few years.

This is an update of my review from 2013. The seitan and tofu "burgers" and smoothies are now very tasty. I used to like their vegan cheeseburgers even better, but, sadly, they are not going to have vegan cheese anymore.

Not happy

The guy at the counter wasn't happy to have a customer there and I didn't feel welcome.
I didn't enjoy the food at all and I would not go again.

Pros: Yes

Cons: Attitude and quality

i think the food is worth it

the seitan burger was great to taste, it confusing that their cheeseburger with seitan is with regular cheese. the package to go was fixed in seconds but i dont mind it because the burger was actually very good. mine was with everything and with vegan mayo.
personally i don't like the employee, he was quite cheeky for his job.

Pros: good meal

an option very now and then

nice to have the non-meat option, and friendly! But still fast food and not green if we consider the packaging

Pros: friendly

Cons: not green, since quite some packaging, fast food without composition, salsa sauce is not tasty

Poor service

Had heard about the staff being rude, but decided to give this place a try as I was nearby. I inquired about if cards were accepted and rudely told I would have to wait half an hour as a 'big order' had just come in. When I asked if I could at least get a drink while I waited I was ignored, so I left. No English menu, although the staff speak perfect English...

Mid range fast food

Food is consistently good but not amazing. Be careful, the cheese is not vegan, and the staff won’t warn you.

Good! Budget friendly, hemp hamburger, sauces!!

Green point is a 100% vegan place very budget friendly compared to the rest of Croatia. We ate delicious and we try for the first time Hemp that it is made from canabis. They have everything, salads, tacos, hamburgers, hummus, woks, even smoothies and ice cream! Ordering is a pleasure because they have the bases and you just have to choose the proteins (tofu, seitan, hemp or falafels) or the bases of the woks (rice, noodle).

Pros: Hemp Burger, Wok with tofu, The sauces!

An okay place for take away

The staff (consisting of one guy) wasn't friendly and even forgot to add the seitan to the toast we had for breakfast. 😂
The concept is very cool, though, and the food is definitely okay. In terms of plastic I go along with the others here: I don't see the point of using a single-use cup when people eat in.

Pros: Rather cheap, Good breakfast deal

Cons: Seitan is tasteless - go for the tofu!
