Tasty falafel wraps and friendly service - Edit
They had several vegan falafel wrap options, or wraps that could be made vegan. Water was free. So you could grab a quick bite then go. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. Recommended for late lunch or a fast dinner if you still want to do other things in Montpellier.

Green Lab est clairement l'un des meilleurs endroits de Montpellier où manger en tant que végan (ou végétarien) !

On retrouve quand même un peu de changement avec le "season special" qui change d'une saison à l'autre et qui permet d'avoir un houmous, une assiette et un wrap en rotation saisonnière en plus des autres plats fixes.
Pour le rapport qualité prix, 6€50 pour un wrap c'est vraiment pas cher, surtout quand on sait qu'un wrap est suffisant pour ne plus avoir faim.
Les assiettes, bien qu'excellentes, restent un peu moins copieuses donc si vous avez in gros appétit, prévoyez un side !
Les autres prix sont très honnêtes et on s'y retrouve facilement pour pas trop cher.
Aucun problème d'ambiance, c'est assez calme et chaleureux, le personnel est très gentil (et drôle).
Y retourner est toujours un plaisir !

Voici un restaurant spécialisé dans les falafels. J'ai pris une assiette de falafels/quinoa et un bol de frites de patates douces. Tout est délicieux et pour le prix j'étais super contente de la quantité! J'aime bien les restaurants où on peut sortir rassasié.

Falafel pitas were large and tasty and this place is very generous with their portions. Ordered potato wedges with hummus on the side. One portion of wedges is enough for two people.

The place is cosy and the staff friendly. Short waiting time. I've tried the red kiss sandwich, which was very good and seemed quite healthy. I've also had the sweet potato fries and potato fries with hummus. The servings of the fries with hummus are big. I couldn't finish the fries. I'd prefer a more even hummus - fries ratio. The falafels are ok, but nothing extraordinary.

I am adding another review because I went AGAIN because I needed dinner and the other places were closed so I was like [censored] it just go to Green Lab. The line got line right after I ordered. I felt bad bc they were busy & I don’t speak French so I just ordered the Green Lab again. Just remember to tell them that you’re vegan! It was great and so balanced. If I’m ever in Montpellier again I am going & I’m getting the fries too next time. There is a dude that works there that is adorable also. Thanks Green Lab y’all are the best!

This is one of the few vegetarian places in Montpellier that is open in the evening. I had the vegan variant of the humus plate and enjoyed the different humus flavours and the falafels. However, I found the price of 11,90€ too high because you do not get much more than you get with the filled pitas for 6€.
