Menu is quite well labeled and I was actually surprised by it. I would say misting the dishes are veg and some vegan. Definitely would reccomend if looking for a healthy meal

Great find for lunch in Aguas Calientes after touring Machu Picchu all morning! Thanks Happy Cow! Had the quinoa soup to start (it’s huge and full of veggies, so good to share) and Vegan Saltado (mushrooms, veggies, over brown rice in a light sauce). All amazing. Bonus points because water was in glass.

Plenty of vegan options. It’s a little bit more expensive than your typical Peruvian eatery but still cheaper than in Europe so I don’t know why people are complaining.

NICE ORGANIC RESTAURANT WITH VEGAN OPTIONS - Edit
This is a great option while you are in Aguas Calientes to find organic food with different vegan options. The restaurant is very charming, nicely decorated, with a lovely upstairs area with views of the street (I recommend sitting up there).
Read moreThe service was absolutely amazing and the food was great as well. We had the vegan saltado, which is a local Peruvian dish, as well as mango and mushroom ceviche.
Most items on the menu are not vegan or vegetarian, but they had more options that most places in the town, so I was thankful for that.
Highly recommended while visiting here!

Nice little restaurant in the main “food street” in Machu Pichu. All is organic but not fully veggie (declaration in the menu is very good).
