Great Place!

This was a really good place for lunch. They had many vegan wrap and salad options. The vegan mousse was also amazing. Also the staff were very helpful!

ottimo!

Il posto è piccolino ma il personale molto gentile. Possibilità di costruire insalate personalizzate, super proteiche e nutrienti senza spendere troppo. È un locale apprezzabile per tutti che ha opzioni per tutti i gusti. Veramente ottimo

Pros: cibo fresco e salutare

Cons: pochi posti a sedere

Protein-packed vegan salads!

The menu had three or four vegan salad options, but you can build your own salad with different bases. My salad had a barley base, my husband chose the quinoa. We ended up building salads with seitan, beans, avocado, loads of veggies and paid less than €25 for both the salads, fresh juices and a huge chunk of vegan cheesecake. Best cheesecake in town, I tell you.

There weren't many seats inside, so we took our salads to go and went for lunch to a nearby piazza. Really nice.

Pros: Friendly staff knew what vegans really eat, Loads of vegan protein options, Delicious cheesecake

Cons: Crowded, not many seats inside

friendly and quick

I got there about half an hour before closing so a few foods weren't available but I ended up with a lovely mix of rice, carrot, salad, tofu and croutons. Some Olive oil and salt were added and it was the perfect meal for a picky vegan.
My Italian is basically non existent but the communication was just fine, there was an English menu too.

They offer fresh juices and smoothies

Worth your time and money! Good Place. Good genuine food. We found this salad/juice/smoothie Bar by luck. I advised them to get on Happy Cow, and they did. Certainly a great addition for Rome. Friendly, Fresh, Feasty, My Favorite!
