Yum! - Edit
Many vegan options. Place gets very busy but definitely worth the wait. I had the half FLTA and a side of quinoa salad. My first time having tempeh and I really liked it. Will be back!

We love this place for their vegan Reubens, but they are expensive. Great costumer service and lots of vegan options!

OMG so yummy! - Edit
I'm so impressed by this place. I could eat here every day of the week and have something different each time. Fellow vegans know how rare that is! My daughter had the roasted veggie tacos, and I had a double edge paleo bowl minus mushrooms plus tofu. We shared the avocado bruschetta. Our was fresh and delicious. I truly can't wait to eat here again. So frickin good!

Chipotle Oyster Shroom Tacos were AMAZING! - Edit
I went to Great Full Gardens - South with a dine-out group during the Reno Vegan Chef Challenge (January 2023). We tried the Chipotle Oyster Shroom Tacos and the Nachos and both were delicious! Our favorite was the tacos! We were not able to try the elusive Kristen's Hand Pie Dessert as they were unfortunately sold out. Great Full Gardens is already a stand-out leader in the Vegan restaurant scene here in Reno and allows choices for both vegans and omni's (my hubbie is not vegan so the ability for us both to easily order from the menu is super important to us). I hope these options stick around because I wasn't able to make it to all of their locations to try the different creative challenge menu items each one offered.

Get the Wasabi Dressing! - Edit
Out of all the Great Full Gardens in Reno, I have to say that this is probably my favorite of the bunch. I've loved being able to try out more of the plant-based, organic specialty restaurants in town, and my last experience here was definitely a good one.
Read morePerusing their extensive menu for the visibly labeled vegan options, I went with their Wasabi Vegetable Bowl ($13) and it was amazing! A power bowl of sautéed kale, broccoli, spinach, brown rice, cucumber, avocado, and their house wasabi dressing. I added a side of white beans ($1) for protein since the bowl was missing a bit of that, and my god was it delicious. I loved the dressing the best and am now trying to recreate it at home.
I also ordered a vegan Snickerdoodle Cookie ($4) which was a lot more crumbly than I would have liked compared to other cookies. The flavors were there but it was a bit messy to eat.
There's seriously something here for all diets so if you are looking for a plant friendly spot with great flavors, this is the spot to go.
Pros: Wasabi veggie bowl, Vegan desserts, Large dining area

Busy place - Edit
This place can get very busy at high times such as breakfast lunch and dinner. Draws in a big diverse crowd of families, teens, working professionals who are looking for locally sourced food and willing to pay for it. Most of the staff is great and give nice service. Vegan options are clearly labeled on the menu and have separate "plant-based dishes" sections. Soup of the day is always fantastic. Their breakfast menu is some of the best in town for vegans and their latte menu is fantastic. The dessert menu leaves nothing to be desired with raw approaches to classics like cheesecake, and good cookies cupcakes and extras. Take-out is easy peasy too.

Always delicious and lots of healthy options - Edit
I have been going to Grateful Gardens for years now and they are consistently delicious at all their locations. The food is mostly healthy with lots of vegan options, but not pretentious at all.

So many options - Edit
Not only do they carry a lot of vegan options, a lot of their ingredients are locally sourced and homemade. The meatball sub was sooooo good. I got it with coleslaw on the side (also vegan) and it came with a pickle spear which was probably the best pickle I’ve ever had.

Amazing Vegan Rueben - Edit
I travel for work and find myself in Reno weekly. This is my go to for a quick to go order that I can enjoy on my hotel room. I have had the Vegan Rueben twice now because it's so good! I also love their vegan Cole slaw.
Read moreOne word of caution, the first time I was not told that the Rye bread had Honey. I'm a vegetarian but try to eat vegan as much as possible, so it was ok for me but a little misleading for true vegans.

Endless Vegan Options! - Edit
I love this place! I can get about two meals worth of food for under $10! I order sides: dry sourdough toast, potatoes, sautéed veggies & hummus. Next time I may ask if they can prepare them low oil but otherwise so delicious! I have ordered the vegan hash; it’s a huge portion but somewhat soggy & spicier than I prefer. My non-vegan partner loves the liege waffles, so we go to one of the locations every time we’re in town.

Neat ball Sandwich - Edit
My first visit to The Great Full Gardens in Midtown, Reno NV and I have to say it was amazing. Be prepared to wait on Sundays we arrived at 11:00am and waited about 15 minutes...there really is no place to wait.
Read moreThe restaurant was was packed it took quite a while for our food to arrive however the sever offered to bring us some soup samples or chips and salsa while we waited. We chose soup, Aztec and Tomato both were vegan and very good. For lunch I ordered a Neat Ball Sandwich...I cannot lie the roll was the best part for me, warm and crunchy I don't eat bread very often it was a real treat! The meatballs tasted like...well...real meat and the house made cashew cheese was really good but somewhat over powered the sandwich...I am so used to not eating cheese really didn't need it. I had wasabi dressing with a side salad, I love wasabi and I am sure it was veganaise...I don't do added oil but it was a real treat. My hubby had a real Rubin he is a carnivore and really enjoyed it. I will return it was really good.
Pros: Friendly Staff, Good Food, lots of vegan choices, Good sized portions
Cons: Busy, Noisey, Took a long time to get our food (30 Min)
