Great food!! - Edit
Very filling, healthy options. Large portions, I could barely fit the sandwich in my mouth it was so thick (yes it was a little messy). Lots of options for vegan, they have an ingredient book at the front of the store to confirm. I got the vegan chickpea which was awesome. Others got the total veganized torta which they loved as well. It inspires me to be a bit more creative with my sandwich making at home.

A vegan won’t starve here - Edit
This is a clean, pleasant place where it looks like vegans have negotiated multiple things to eat—but Graze also makes almost zero effort to make it clear and easy to order. So for the practical purposes of someone who walks in for the first time and doesn’t have time to negotiate with a teenager who may or may not know anything while their party waits for you to get on with it…this place has one thing to order.
Read moreYour only clearly labeled vegan option is a a chickpea sandwich. It’s good, it’s fresh, it’s obviously less filling than its meat counterparts on the menu, and if you’ve been vegan for five minutes you’ve had a version of this sandwich before.
There’s a note on the menu that all meats can be subbed for tofu at no extra charge. Vegans don’t tend to eat slabs of unseasoned tofu on sandwiches (banh mis, maybe, excludes) so that’s not appealing to me. Maybe it’s marinated or baked or something, but again—no labeling, and you’d still have to ask. There is also a banh mi and I would speculate that since there is vegenaise on the chickpea sandwich, they could also veganize this…but it’s not labeled, so bon fortune to the person who wants to grill them on the menu.

Perfect lunch stop - Edit
Great place with lots of vegan options! You can substitute any meat sandwich with tofu for free, which is a plus. My chickpea sandwich was loaded with fresh, crunchy cucumbers and tons of fresh sprouts. Chickpea mash had amazing flavor. Even hubby really enjoyed his chicken Jack sandwich.

Delicious hot sandwiches - Edit
My mom and I shared a veggie torta and the seasonal butternut squash panini. The guy taking the order didn’t know what vegan was but he asked the guy cooking, and made sure what we could have. They aren’t labeled well on the menu. The butternut squash panini was the best in my opinion. It was smashed, garlicky, with fried sage. The veggie torta was great too. Huge and filling. I think they subbed a chipotle dressing for an avocado spread to make it vegan. It was loaded with veggies and was actually surprisingly (in a good way) spicy from the jalapeños. Next door is ice cream that has lots of vegan options and pints.
Read moreNote: there are vegan options labeled (Vegan Chickpea Salad sandwich), but the veggie options can be made vegan if you ask
Pros: Vegan options, Big sandwiches , Great atmosphere
Cons: Need to ask about vegan options for some, Small place, spread out for covid, not cramped

Best vegan sandwich ever - Edit
Went here twice in one day after having the best vegan sandwich of my life for breakfast. The veggie torta (without cheese) was incredible, and then the vegan chickpea sandwich was decent.

Vegan Salads & Sandwiches - Edit
The staff member who took my order was also vegan and helped me identify other vegan items on the menu. They have tofu which they can use in sandwiches and salads to replace meat. I ordered a quinoa chickpea salad and it was delicious.
