Amazing Place In Every Way! - Edit
I recently dined at Gratitude and the food tasted incredibly delicious! The presentation was spectacular along with the gorgeous decor. The whole place is an experience I wish I could do over and over again! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, not just people who eat plant-based. I went with 4 non-vegetarian friends who absolutely LOVED IT!

I'm in love... - Edit
Wow. Not only is this a gorgeous place to be, the food and the service are wonderful, too! I'm full of "gratitud" to have found this place and plan on coming again and again. We live an hour away and this experience is worth the drive.
Read moreI had the Pink Milk and I was delighted by an added surprise. I loved the Bao Buns and the General Tso. I left with two juices to enjoy later... Sunshine and Oxygen.
I look forward to bringing friends here to share in the peaceful magic that is created here and trying other items on the menu.
Pros: full vegan menu, peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff

An amazing vegan oasis in Perez… unfortunately the only one! - Edit
We came here several times and brought our non-vegan friends and always had a very nice experience. Even locals who have lived here all their lives get very impressed by this place. The restaurant is somewhat hard to get to if you don’t have a 4wd (you have to climb a very steep road to get to it), but it’s beautiful, luxurious and super well maintained, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Staff is very friendly, speak English and always ready to help without being overbearing. Food is flavorful and beautifully plated. our favorites are cauliflower nuggets, chickpea ceviche, potato leek soup, general Tso. We are so proud to have this first all-vegan place in San Isidro and really hope that with time the menu gets expanded to include all-time favorite pan-asian / fusion dishes like pad thai, maki rolls, indian and thai curries that will add heartiness and flavors to this already wonderful dining experience. 🥰

Hello,
Read moreI live nextdoor to Gratitud and know many locals in the neighborhood that don't have 4wd and make it over the big hill with no issues, dry or rainy season. I've never heard of anyone having an issue with this hill but if you do there are two other ways to get to Gratitud without having to go over the big hill. The most direct way is not taking the first left behind the gasotica, take the the second instead, this road will fork, keep left, take the first immediate right followed by the next two lefts and it'll take you around the hill to approach Gratitud from the opposite direction with only a minute longer of a drive. I know the owner/chef, Priscila, well and know she makes an excellent vegan pad thai and curry that I also hope to see on the menu one day soon 🤤💚

A must visit. - Edit
We decided on this place based on Happy Cow reviews. It did not disappoint. This place was way fancier than expected and has a real zen feel. Flowing ponds and gardens all around and the architecture is stunning. The food was incredibly tasty and the service was great. We took 2 non vegans with us and they both enjoyed the house made beetroot burger. We had the bao and cauliflower appetizers and then the house made udon noodles as the main. The desserts looked amazing so we took them to go and enjoyed them later. Planning a second visit before we leave CR. Highly highly recommend.

Super Delicious Food, Beautiful and Peaceful Restaurant, Quick Service, and Friendly Staff! - Edit
Gratitud's bao buns stuffed with teriyaki mushrooms are my new favorite food! Everything I've had here has been super delicious and bursting with flavor. I loved the maracuya ceviche, potato leek soup with fresh bread, mushroom tacos, and oh my, the apple cream pie! It's a beautiful and peaceful restaurant, with super quick service and friendly staff. I wish I could eat there every day.
