We'd previously tried their cheesecake and love it but this was our first time to their restaurant. Sandwiches were great and we loved the hot drinks and smoothies! We'll definitely be back! So many yummy looking things to try!

Nice to visit an all vegan restaurant, but the sandwiches were a bit lacklustre; the bread was pretty soft, the vegetables undercooked, and the cheese hardly melted. But the sweet treats were really quite lovely.

We had the umami crab salad rolls, which were excellent, and the Chickpea tuna wrap, which was also very tasty and satisfying. My cat was even intrigued by the "tuna" salad, quite the compliment when you dupe one of nature's finest predators.

I really enjoyed this place. Its clean inside, the staff are great and the portion/price ratio is quite good. The Philly Cheese Panini, the Chickpea Salad and the Berry Smoothie were all delicious. I wish they had better hours though, I would have went back everyday of my short trip to Penticton but they are closed Sundays and Mondays.

I love the caprese sandwich and their daily soup or stew is always delicious
Oh and I cannot say enough about the l ginger chai tea and their peppermint patties.
My kids love the smoothies and I feel good knowing they don’t have any refined sugars.

Love the convenience of having grab and go items, especially the cheesecakes when a last minute event pops up. We had the turtles cheesecake at a work event and I was pleased that it wasn’t overly sweet like a traditional non vegan cheesecake.

We took a chocolate berries cake and were really amazed by the taste. Since a long time we were always desapointed while getting a desert, as they are always too sweet. This cake is sweetened perfectly so that we can appriciate all the flavors. On top of that Connie is absolutly adorable with a fabulous energy. You will have all this positive attitude in the deserts she proposes. We can't wait to taste the next one as they could become easilly addictive. A really good address that we recommand
