Awesome vegan options - Edit
I’ve had some of the best vegan I’ve ever had at this little market right here. While they’re not all vegan they cater to vegans and meat eaters alike. Monday-Friday they have a house special that changes daily. They make a meat eaters version and a vegan version of whatever their special is that day. I’ve had vegan tamales, chili, lasagna, polenta, enchiladas. You name it! It’s always delicious. You can call and find out what they’re vegan special is that day. They’re a small family owned place but they put a lot of hard work into what they do.

Despite being a “natural market” there are a lot less vegan options here than I would expect. There’s also a weird emphasis on keto-friendly foods specifically.

Jam packed with healthy food, vegan, keto and gluten free items!!! This place is tiny and mighty but a little cramped. It’s like going on a treasure hunt with lots of interesting food finds and small brands to discover.
Read moreThe Cafe is awesome being they have so many interesting vegan options. Plus my carnivore and cheese eating children have options to eat, which is always so hard to find a place we can both enjoy.
I appreciate that they have a pre-made to-go cooler section that you can pick up a vegan sandwich in which is so hard to come by! Can’t wait to go back when I have more time to explore.
Only negative is they can be a little slow at the cafe to serve you and forget part of your order sometimes.
Pros: Options for everyone , Lots of vegan items at the cafe, Unique mom and pop brand finds
Cons: A bit pricey, Service can be slow, Claustrophobic

The food to go options are very convenient and flavorful. I'm not a dessert person, but the coconut chia pudding is very light and flavorful. Vegan and vegetarian options are plenty.

We wandered in here before our trip to Huntington Garden and were surprised to find that its pretty evenly split between restaurant and grocery, both medium-small sized. There are tempeh burritos, etc. Its no whole foods, but if you think of it like a natural 7-11 it becomes more impressive or a cafe with a nice selection of grocery items.

Great Food - Edit
I love this market. I go every Saturday and every time I'm off during the week. There food is delicious and they have a good variety. They take a little long to get your order out but it's worth the wait. (They have a sign that says it's not fast food.) Try the tempeh bowl or the vegetarian chili bowl. Fantastic!
Read moreThey are also a little grocery store with health products, food, and cleaning products. It's a great place to go when you're looking for something quickly and don't want to go to Whole Foods. They are knowledgeable and will order almost anything they don't have if you just ask.
