Food hall in the Warehouse District on the edge of downtown. Many vendors sell different (non-veg) foods but includes vegan options, from juice and smoothies to ramen and vegan tacos. The complex also houses a brewery and a distillery. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-10:00pm.

Mck’s vegan chocolate chip is worth it alone - Edit
Shame that about half of the spaces inside were empty, especially during high season. Echoing what others have said, most places had only about one vegan option each, with nothing that I personally found super appealing. HOWEVER, Mck’s chocolate chip cookie is insanely good. Chewy and moist, with salt flakes, and they offer to warm it if you want. Heaven.

Not many vegan options - Edit
A few vegan options but only one item per food stand. Tacos, pizza, ramen. It would be great if there were a true vegan food stand.

Public market with some options - Edit
Only options I know of are poke bowls with rice, veggies and tofu, veggie tacos and nondairy boba. Poke bowl is usually hit or miss. Not that many vegan options in total for a market.

vegan boba - Edit
there's a new bubble tea place there (sugar milk boba & dessert bar) and,a lot of their milk teas are able to be made vegan with soy, almond, or coconut milk substitutes!! you can get vegan boba milk tea like jasmine green, lavender, honeydew, etc and all their fruit teas are vegan.
Read moreedit: note that the lactose free labeled options are not necessarily the vegan options, you have to ask which ones can be made vegan via milk substitution. they do use the "non-dairy" creamer with casein, but they seem to be aware that it is not vegan.

Great hang out spot - Edit
Lots of little eateries, but only a few vegan meal options. However, the vegan coconut, curry tacos are AMAZING and full of flavor. Seriously, get those. They have a lovely and seriously spicy salsa you can add too and guacamole. Their fried yucca with pickled cabbage can also be made vegan for an appetizer and is good.
Read moreI have not tried it, but there is also vegan ramen with tofu and vegetables. I did not see the vegan panini, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. If you eat cheese, there is also a pizza place with veg options.
Celis produce has a stall, and that means fresh smoothies and snacks. Also fresh local coffee. Or you can stop by a different stall for beer/wine.
Cute, modern space with indoor and outdoor seating. Events like kids music on the weekends. Yoga and barre classes. Also a cute store to pick up gifts.
Overall, worth a visit if you like exotic tacos!
Pros: Tacos, Modern hang out space
Cons: Parking is a pain (but there is free valet), Not many vegan options

Love this place! - Edit
It's a very cool set up with a chill vibe. I found 3 vegan food options that include vegan tacos, vegan panini and a vegan ramen. I had the ramen and it's really good! Great beer as well. I will definitely rotten to try the other options.
