My favorite regional Chinese cuisine, and a HK favorite place

Really enjoyed my meal. The food is very flavorful, with the perfect amount of spice. The condiments are very good too, cannot get enough of their chili oil. I enjoyed their Golden tofu, Jade garlic cucumber, poached spinach. Also got to try aged shiaoxing wine - very unique.
