No vegan option on the menu - still a good experience - Edit
The vegan pizza that we expected did not appear on the menu. We asked the staff for other options and they did not really understand the request. We got plain pasta with a zucchini aglio e olio sauce then, which was tasty and reasonably priced. The Location of the restaurant was really beautiful, with a terrace directly facing a picturesque river sourrounded by cute houses and some swans.

Pizza al ristorante o Burger alla paninoteca - Edit
Allora il locale è unico ma diviso in due, c'è il ristorante vero e proprio, con opzione pizza vegan, o il bar/paninoteca di fuori, che ha un Burger vegan.
Read moreHo preso la pizza che ha un impasto con farine particolari, la crema di PORRI, pomodori secchi, funghi (sul menù c'è scritto freschi ma a me sembravano quelli essiccati), e porri fritti.
Squisita, un equilibrio di sapori perfetto. La dimostrazione che si possono fare pizze vegan interessanti anche senza formaggi di plastica.
Location bella, hanno una terrazza sul Mincio da cui si può osservare la fauna del luogo molto simpatica. Personale cortese e disponibile.
Prezzo un po' alto (14,5) ma visto tutto ci può stare.

Good vegan option (but only one) - Edit
There was a single vegan pizza on the menu. It was very delicious and the view there towards the river is nice. More vegan options would be great in the future.
