Bad. Staff clueless - Edit
Giving two stars only bc of the attempt by owners to include vegan options. Have a vegan soft serve machine but what came out was not vegan soft serve- it was a clear, icy, watery mess. They said the vegan soft serve machine is the only vegan flavor they have but they add other flavors to it to make different options like cocoa powder added to it to make chocolate shake. Staff (manager and another staff member) did not understand what vegan meant or what options they had. Very disappointed.

Many Options - Edit
I really enjoyed the effort that was put into having so many vegan options. There were many vegan milkshake flavors and there was soft serve. They had 3 or 4 different plant milks plus vegan whipped cream! The staff was friendly and was very knowledgeable about what was vegan and what wasn’t. They knew to ask if I wanted the chocolate syrup in my vegan milkshake because it wasn’t vegan. The shake was good but I would probably try a different flavor next time.

The ice shakes arent even vegan - Edit
I clearly asked for a vegan shake and they added a whip cream on top and i knew the whipped cream wasnt vegan. They also added some toppings/mix ins that im pretty sure werent vegan. I assumed it was just a first time issue and I spoke up about it and they just removed the cream and i said no, there is dairy still in there, thats not how it works. Ive gone back again it happened again. They dont know what vegan means and still dont seem to care. Not gonna bother going back. The manager knows this has been an issue but it still happens.

Disappointing - Edit
Went here for the first time yesterday. The menu listed about 6 vegan ice cream flavors but when we ordered, they only had vanilla. The vanilla is soft-serve and made with artificial vanilla flavor that tastes synthetic. All 3 of us (adult and two kids) agreed it was terrible tasting and ended up throwing it away. Milkshakes cost $8 each. So that was a huge waste of $24,
