Vegetarian cookie shop with vegan options. Menu includes three different cookies “Fatties” each day with options of milk and soft serve. Vegan cookie and chocolate soft serve are served on the first weekend of each month. In the morning they offer “Chubbies” a breakfast roll with vegan sausage and egg, as well as vegan bowl and a gluten-free bowl. Open Fri-Sat 5:00pm-11:00pm, Sun 8:00am-10:00pm. Closed Mon-Thu.

Good ice cream - Edit
Was there on a Friday night in October, their only vegan option was chocolate ice cream. We were craving a sweet treat so relented even though it was chilly outside and it was truly delicious.
Read moreThree stars because the previous reviews left us to believe there would be at least a few cookie or other options to accommodate. But they said they didn’t have any vegan options that week. So, be prepared and perhaps call ahead of time before trekking the steps in that directions.
Cool shop overall too! Love the space elements and astronaut coming out of the wall, awesome feature. Even better feature if hey had more vegan options more often!

The vegan chubbie on Sunday mornings is incredible! Imagine a round bagel, stuffed with cheese, potato and vegan sausage. Full of flavor and moderately filling, I wish I had ordered two. The price point of $6 per chubbie is a bit steep, however, it is the best breakfast sandwich I have had in the area.

Got a vegan fatty here over the weekend (since it was the first weekend of the month). It was served warm and gooey, with melted chocolate inside and Oreo cookies on the top. It was so good. I could have easily eaten like 6 of these, but at $4 a pop, I settled for just one.

Sunday Chubbies are A+, Vegan cookies only first weekend of every month - Edit
Updated Nov 2021: On Sunday mornings they have “brunch” options that they call Chubbies which are basically the contents of a breakfast sandwich/bowl baked into a bagel ish pastry. They have a fully vegan option with sausage, cheese, potatoes, herbs, and some other stuff with vegan Chipotle Mayo on the side and it’s 10/10, easily the best vegan breakfast “sandwich” I’ve had in the country. They offer this every Sunday and not just the first weekend of the month but they sometimes sell out fast!

That being said, I have been lucky to have a majority of the vegan flavors over the past couple of years and they very well could be the best cookies I’ve ever had in my entire life... no exaggeration
They do have chocolate vegan soft serve (specifically the chocolate flavor) available every weekend which is a great concept and it’s good albeit very dense and fudgy. I would easily give them six out of five stars if they had vegan cookies more frequently.

A singular vegan cookie is offered at a time, and only available the first weekend of the month. Vegan soft serve is amazing - but only the chocolate flavor is vegan. They say it's because no one buys the vegan cookies that they only offer them once a month.... Maybe one day they'll expand their options.

Goodnight fatty is fully vegetarian, and have some of the best cookies around! They offer chocolate vegan soft serve every weekend but only have their vegan cookies the first weekend of the month.
Read moreIf you are able to get their breakfast I would HIGHLY recommend the vegan chubby. It is essentially a thin bagel pocket stuffed with vegan egg, vegan cheese, vegan sausage, and peppers and served with a vegan sriracha Mayo. They do delivery as well!
The owners are incredibly sweet and you can almost always see them working at the restaurant. It is clear that they are very passionate in what they do and love the town of Salem!
