Amazing spot but be prepared to spend $$$ - Edit

Some sections are sorted by vegan options & their ready-made foods label themselves as vegan which I love! However it’s important to look at labels for anything not explicitly organized as vegan because there’s a lot of honey, beeswax, dairy, etc. in things you might not suspect (just like any grocery store), and some vegetarian things are mixed in with vegan!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Staff are knowledgeable & care

Cons: Expensive

Good selection and prices - Edit

Has plenty of meat and dairy alternatives, and nutritional yeast much cheaper than Bulk Barn.

Good local grocer - Edit

Fresh produce, lots of organic choices. Has a hot food bar with vegetarian and vegan options. Fresh baked vegan muffins and cookies are very good. Nice selection of meat and dairy alternatives.

Pros: very extensive selection of items

Cons: not easy to find items, lay out is a little confus

Good General Store - Edit

You can get just about anything in this store, fresh food and bakery, vegetables and fruits, frozen food, spices, canned food, household items, cosmetics, supplements etc.

Pros: Lots of organic products Onsale items are cheaper , Worth paying more to support independent smaller b

Cons: Some items are more expensive than large chain sto
