Pub fare downtown

I wouldn’t normally review a restaurant with limited options, but traveling through Nebraska can be a vegan desert, so a shout out for having a good dinner.

It’s a locally owned pub downtown with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff who were happy to help. They have a Beyond Burger, a great Berry Avocado Salad with raspberry dressing (we might have had to have feta left off), and quite a few libations including local brews on tap. Our meal was good. Pro tip- burger doesn’t automatically come with lettuce, tomato, pickle, so ask for it when you order.

They also have pizza if you don’t mind going cheese-less. Vegetarians will have even more options.
