Read moreEggplant parma panini:
Quite good but a tad oily
Winter bake:
Pleasant mildly spicy sauce with butter beans, feta, pesto and avocado served with 3 smallish slices of sourdough - good!
Side serve of chips:
Good chips and a generous size, but I'd ask for them without the spice next time as the flavour gets a bit much after a short-time.
Off-menu oat mocha:
Good
Oat chai:
A touch weak
Not sure what I'd order on another visit...perhaps the french toast. Lots of cake/slice choices making it a decent morning/afternoon tea stop.

Super disappointed with our experience. We have been here a number of times but it has gone a bit downhill. We paid $75 with a service fee for the weekend for 2x avo smash and 2x drinks. We paid extra for bacon which tasted uncooked or expired and the hash brown had cinnamon sugar on it (?????). The tables weren't clean and there was cigarette ash and butts near one. Have noticed that most of the time that tables are left with dishes even when they aren't busy. Their food in the fridge is much better than their menu items.

Expensive and disappointing - Edit
After trying five different menu items I’m still yet to find one I like enough to order again. The prices are quite high and some of the sides are incredibly overpriced ($5 for *one* mushroom).

Lovely plant based cafe situated within a whole foods style store which also stocks heaps of vegan products. They also regularly have fresh vegan croissants, cakes and various sweet and savoury treats

Not the same - Edit
This place used to be one of my faves but it’s gotten a lot more pricey with fewer items on the menu since I last visited in 2020. I went a few weeks ago (April 2021) and I got a juice and a breakfast that cost $40, I had toast with scrambled tofu plus 3 extras and it was $32 which is the most I’ve ever paid for a vegan breaky. It was good but nothing mind blowing that I couldn’t make myself at home

Good food emporium - Edit
The cafe menu is vegan. Lots of yummy treats in the window. The actual menu is a bit pricey / alternative, but there are cheaper options in the cafe window. I usually get a vegan ham & cheese crossiant - SO good. Also handy having the supermarket right there to stock up on special items.

Never disappoints! - Edit
I’ve been here maybe three to four times and I love it. Food is always fresh and yum with a beautiful plant based menu. We have tried the big breakfast, pancakes, Buddha bowl (?), and more and have never been disappointed in a meal or left unsatisfied. Has a beautiful quirky cafe setting and it joined to the store which I always spend ages going through. Love this place!

3 mains and a shake - Edit
Ordered 3 mains
Read more-Loaded fries (nice thick cut chips with tasty seasoning , nice big portion size, cheese sauce had decent texture, but not much flavour. Jackfruit was good but nothing to rave about
- Polenta with Mushroom Ragú & thick cut mushroom bacon (good size, nice filling meal not overpowered with flavour, thick cut mushroom bacon was an add on and was pretty forgettable)
Korean tofu with kimchi etc ( good size my partner ate this)
and had a shake total of about $68.
Would definitely return to try other stuff on the menu too.
Pros: Good sizes , Baby high chairs available , Lots of space, good for decent conversation
Cons: Add ons cost extra that should prob be included

Have visited this cafe several times throughout the past few weeks. We find the menu exciting and refreshing. At this point in time no clear favourite stands out. We have tried six or seven different meals and everything has been more than acceptable. We have taken our children (all adults) who now also have become regulars. We find the service and staff both friendly and helpful. Food presentation excellent sometimes looks too good to eat.

Really nice! - Edit
Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, ALL plant based (except cows' milk on request) and the food I've had has been great! The attached shop isn't vegan but has a lot of vegan, zero waste and organic products available. Worth a visit. I'll be going back soon.

Great lil place! - Edit
I went here with my friends with some pretty high expectations, and they were met and more! I didn't expect the place to be so big and have aisles of everything you need. I thought it would just be a few small aisles for vegan stuff but it really was a whole mini grocery store.
Read moreThe food was lovely, I had the loaded chips with jackfruit and I really enjoyed it. The pricing was a bit high but it might be because of the cost of ingredients and presentation. It was my first time trying jackfruit and im happy I tried it there. Cheesy sauce that was on the chips didn't really taste like anything but that's fine because the rest of the dish was great.
Portion size was quite big and I didn't finish it all (on an empty stomach if that says anything).
I really hope this place doesn't go out of business or shut down, its lovely.
Pros: Beautiful aesthetic, clean and organised, Tasty food, Good portion sizes
Cons: Quite expensive

They also do a bowl of soup with bread for $8, a big salad bowl for $8, and toasties for $6.50. They are not on the menu but they are in the glass cabinet beside the sweets.

Very pleasantly surprised! BTW no honey 🍯 - Edit
I’ve been here a couple times since opening and I love it! The aesthetic is so welcoming and cosy. There’s a bunch of real hanging plants that add to the welcoming atmosphere 🌱
Read moreThe 100% vegan menu offers a lot of varying options and I’ve been slowly making my way through it. The burger tastes exactly like real meat which they achieve through smoking it! (I believe). The smoothie bowls are full of flavour and very well presented 🍓. The polenta and mushrooms have an amazing mushroom ragyu 🍄 which ties the dish together, although I’m not a fan of polenta, I would enjoy this meal again. My favourite so far would be the granola, simple but delicious. Their soups also delicious! 🍲
The impala and peacock tea surprised me 🍵 . Normally I don’t drink tea when I go out, simply because I can brew it myself at home for a lot cheaper. However, their English breakfast is amazing, and I’ve even purchased my own from their retail section! You can also buy the vegan prana chai, and proud Mary coffee blends. As I’m not a fan of coffee ☕️ I tend to lean towards the chai. And I love the chai here! Btw it’s served with agave syrup NOT HONEY 😂. The only non vegan product they offer is dairy milk, which whatever, I’m sure they source it from the ‘best’ dairy farmers. You don’t have to drink it!!
They also have kombucha on tap which i love 🥂
You can tell how well thought out the cafe is in terms of coffee, juices, smoothies, and teas that they sell. They don’t buy commercial products like Lipton, they support local businesses such as impala and peacock tea. In the cabinet they also stock goodies from bakers like conscious cravings who make amazing tarts! Love coming here because I know I’ll always get good service, and that my money is going to a small business who cares about the environment and their customers rather than a large corporation like maccas. You’ll also be pleased to hear that all of their takeaway cups/ containers are made of plants! So they are very biodegradable 😊. As well as their straws! But probably best to bring your own metal ones, or they sell bamboo straws!
Best part of this cafe is that they always have cute doggos around as there’s an outside eating area! 🐶
Pros: Agave syrup, Reasonably priced, Puppies! 🐶
Cons: Can get cold

Beautiful aesthetic & exceptional food - Edit
So far I’ve been here three times since they’ve opened & every time I’ve been even more impressed than the previous. Very reasonable price point for the quality you get. 100% vegan menu beside the dairy milk option for coffees.
Read more1. Big Brekky; for $20 you get amazing spiced beans with two pieces of toast, “facon” oyster mushrooms, vegan eggs which had such a great texture, and tasty fried kale. I couldn’t even finish it myself but is definitely a winner with my Omni mates.
2. Choc waffles; definitely my favourite out of everything so far! They have the creamiest sauce I have ever eaten! Tasty like literally dairy cream, it’s insane! Choc fudge and berry sauce compliment the choc waffles & gives a Nutella crunch with the topped hazelnuts!
3. Cornbread waffles; I really want to know how they got a GF sourdough base to be so delicious, corn salsa and jackfruit go so well & especially with the maple to had the sweetness to the spiceness of the jalapeños.
Coffee is also exceptional, their mug however is way too big for me so if you like a good cup of joe, you definitely get your money’s worth here. Great selection of mylks, including oat mylk which goes great with the chai latte.
Dessert are also incredible - berry banana bread thingy was soft and scrumptious, I had to grab another to take home.

Not very impressed - Edit
Was really happy about this place opening, especially in this area. Unfortunately my breakfast experience was not very good. The vegan eggs tasted like pure coconut oil, the potato hash brown thing just tasted like oil and the kale was not flavoured at all. The beans and "bacon" were very yum though. Quite disappointing for a $20 meal. I was told the chef came from Matcha Mylkbar, which I have always enjoyed.. anyway i passed on my thoughts to the staff, but was not offered to try anything else. I might come back in a few months to try again.
