Lovely place

Such friendly people and amazing food. I couldn’t recommend enough. We came in on a Saturday evening and managed to get a table, although the place filled quickly. The staff spoke English and guided us through the choices. We stuck to the familiar vegan selection on Injera which was amazing. We asked for a couple more rolls of Injera and they came straight out. We had the lentil samosas to start and Ethiopian sweet mint tea as part of the deal. All fantastic, all recommended!

Good food, good prices, new experience

We had a 2p menu with a selection of vegetarian dishes which were also vegan and it was great. Portion sizes were very large and the staf was aware of what veganism entailed. They do not have any vegan deserts

Not to be missed

Went with a friend who was new to Ethiopian couisin, so we accepted the recommendations from the nice staff after telling them we are both vegans. We had sambusa for starter (some kind of lentil samosa) and then the vegetarian tasting dish, which is suitable for vegans as well and big enough for two. OMG it was so, so good! We couldn't help spending the rest of the day recommending this restaurant to our friends and family.

Pros: excellent dishes - mind-blowing!, staff is aware of veganism

Cons: no vegan desserts, service wasn't too fast, not many tables maybe due to covid-19 restrictions
