New Fave Vegan Food Truck From Murrieta - Edit
As someone who's been following this business's Instagram for some time, I was pleasantly surprised to discover them during a farmer's market event at Loma Linda. Upon walking up to the food truck, I liked how their digital menu was shaded with an umbrella and staff was friendly and attentive. Hubby informed the staff about his nut allergy and staff quickly confirmed that he could eat all menu items and the cheese they use is coconut based.
Read moreAfter looking at the menu, I decided to try the fried tofu and the mac and cheese egg rolls while hubby decided to try their carne asada fries. We were especially excited to see that they offer grape kool-aid to drink which made us feel nostalgic as kids of the eighties.
They fried tofu was fabulous especially with the Thai chili dipping sauce. The mac and cheese egg roll was phenomenal in that crispy on the outside and packed and cheese on the inside. Hubby said that the carne asada fries were delicious and flavorful. The bottle of grape kool-aid was the perfect way to end the meal. My only annoyance with the food experience was that their desert of apple pie egg rolls was unavailable otherwise, I absolutely would've ordered those along with our other food items.
Other than that slight annoyance of no desert, the food was so delicious, we will definitely plan to eat at their food truck the next time we have a chance!
