I used to work here and I come back here every once in a while. The customer service is still terrible. I see the three managers still disrespecting customers and they feel so entitled towards everyone. ... who is the older manager calls his own staff names like "idiot", "dumb", and many more offensive names. If you're going to run a business at least be professional about it.
