We love Golden Goods! Today my husband had the tempeh and avocado BLT with garlic aioli and he loved it. Best tempeh ever! I chose the delicata squash special which included slaw, cherries, cream cheese and spicy mustard — so yummy. And don’t miss the pastries, especially the blackberry danishes.

I had the breakfast veggie wrap with tempeh; it was so good. My only regret is I did not get there sooner so I could visit this place more than once. Loved all the selections including the baked goods.

Great vegan option - Edit
Went here for lunch and got the green veggies sandwich, side potato salad, and chocolate chunk cookie. Everything was fresh and they use local ingredients. Service was friendly. The menu said they had watermelon agua fresca but the server said they had run out. They only had one cookie left at lunch.

Great - Edit
Cute place, great food. The berry Danish was amazing. The breakfast burritos were large enough to share if you’re getting baked goods, which you should.

Enjoyed - Edit
Ended up just stopping in to see what they had, it was well worth it. We split the biscuit sandwich and the veggie burrito. The biscuit sandwich wasn’t for sharing but was good enough you had to. The veggie burrito was large enough to easily feed two. Kids had the potato salad which was enjoyed. Walked out with chocolate chip cookies and some strawberry shortcake cakes. Everybody enjoyed them.

Must Visit - Edit
This place, this couple. 10/10!! Chad and Savannah are amazing. You are truly in for a treat when you stop in. A cozy atmosphere, decadent pastries, and fulfilling eats. We stop here more than we should, but it’s so yummy. They’ve figured out a sweet spot (not too much and not too little) and we are grateful to have them in the gorge. Please stop here! Support them and their spot. Glad tourist season is in full swing, more time open.

So glad there’s at least one all-vegan restaurant in the area. And it’s tasty. Breakfast (which consists of burritos, toast and sandwiches) was filling and delicious (we had the brekky sandwich and jackfruit burrito) and the danish I had was delightful. Plus the space is super cute and chill. Highly recommend.

Wish I had this restaurant in my city! - Edit
The food was delicious and it’s so cute inside! We were just visiting the area for the weekend but both my husband and I wish we had this in seattle! We had the Katsu (which was a special) and the T-BLAT. Delicious! We got the peanut butter quinoa crunch and chocolate chip cookie to go and they were AMAZING! We will definitely visit again if we’re in town and will tell others to go too!

An excellent, all-vegan cafe. Easy on/off I-84. Really nice interior. Fast, friendly service. Tasty, fresh sandwiches and house-made chips. Gluten free bread options too. Nothing to fault; definitely check it out if you’re passing through Hood River in the morning/early-afternoon.

Just love having a vegan option in Hood River! Interesting flavor combo in the Banh mi, fresh and healthy tasting with slaw. Classic blueberry muffin with a sugary citrus topping. Really good!

This is a “must stop” when in Hood River! - Edit
My wife and I stopped by for a lunch while driving through Hood River. She ordered the T-BLAT and I had the Mushroom Po Boy. Both sandwiches were freshly made and hot from the kitchen. Each was very flavorful and very filling. We grabbed the to-go boxes and took half of each sandwich with us. We also tried the potato salad and it is fantastic and the tahini dressing really sets this apart from others. We’re looking forward to a return visit soon! This place deserves 5-stars!
