Decent place to stop for a light lunch - Edit
Stopped for a light lunch, which it probably wasn't any more than. Options for juices and food were limited, as they only had 3 of the 10 varieties of juices listed (the ones that weren't blocked out by duct tape).
Read morePortion sizes were OK but could have been bigger. Fully customisable for what you like in terms of salad but only had a lentil burger for veggie protein.
All in all, a good place to stop but not for a big meal
Pros: Taste, Location
Cons: Limited options , Unavailability

Nice place - Edit
I think this is more of an American style place. I went twice and got a wrap. The lady working was very nice, she recognized me the second time I came in and knew what I wanted. You get to choose your protein (falafel and lentil patties were available. I didn’t get these so I didn’t ask if they contained dairy/eggs) you then get a base (spinach or romaine) four toppings (don’t remember them all but they’re the usual tomato, onion, avo, pickles, cucumber, carrots, etc.) then two cold toppings like spices, mushroom, crunchy noodles (didn’t ask if the noodles were vegan). Lastly, you get two sauces. I asked and the lady told me the only vegan ones were the oil and hummus. A previous review said hummus wasn’t vegan, but the lady told me it was so ingredients may have changed. They have chips in the corner and the bag says whether they are vegan. My total came to about 5USD with a small bag of chips. My family tried the juices and they really enjoyed them.

Fast easy light - Edit
This is a chain restaurant.
Read moreInteresting concept. You pick the base. You pick the veggies, and dressing. The spinach was fresh. Meal was fine. I think (for me) it’s one of those things you need a couple of tries to make just the perfect bowl.

Great, cheap vegan options - Edit
You can make a salad bowl or have a wrap and fill it with rice, veg, falafel and hummus. The juices are freshly squeezed and also very delicious. Good gluten free option as well as vegan!

Ok!!! - Edit
Healthy fast food chain. I’ve encountered ones of their branches at the Cartagena airport and they had no vegan options unfortunately. You can chose from their pre made options or make your own salad bowls, or wrap, or burrito.

Vegan options but I would not recommend - Edit
This filled my stomach but was by no means was actually fulfilling or enjoyable to eat. It lacks flavor, moisture, and seasoning. I got the lentil burger and it was 4/10. Did not enjoy at all. But since it has vegan options I give it three stars.

Wrap de espinacas - Edit
Probé el wrap de espinacas, pero quede con la sensación de un sabor a Atún, no se si es porque no vi que se cambiaron el guante con el que sirven, depronto algo de contaminación cruzada.

Fresh and healthy! Yum! - Edit
We stopped here for a quick late morning bite. We had the falafel wrap, acai bowl and 2 fresh juices. Everything was delicious and cheap. It was nice to have a healthy meal. The juice was delicious! I believe mine was the Green Detox. Sooo good!!! Very friendly staff, too!

Nice acai bowl - Edit
I only had an acai bowl here, which was a little bit runny, but apart from that it was tasty and enjoyable, costed around £3.

Good but pricey - Edit
We had arrived in Cartagena and were starving and I’d seen this place in Happy Cow. A wrap is 18.800COP and then they added taxes on top of that. Tasty but I wouldn’t say good value.

Build your own meal - Edit
We both had the wrap, which you can build yourself. You choose the tortilla, the protein supplement (lentil or falafel) if vegan, 4 types of vegetables, 3 types of extras (spices, herbs etc.) and finally the sauce. The resulting wrap was delicious. They also have pre-chosen options for the different meals (wraps, burritos, bowls, pizzas) if you have no idea what would go well together yourself. The orange juice was freshly squeezed.

Cons: A bit expensive as protein is extra

5* review!! - Edit
Had a wonderful açai bowl for breakfast and also a falafel salad wrap for lunch. The menu was clearly labelled with vegan options and you could make your own wrap, burrito or salad bowl with lots of vegan fillings. The owner was there and was incredibly helpful and friendly and recommended vegan options & helped with ordering which was much appreciated with my terrible Spanish! Highly recommend this cafe, all very fresh & of good quality and also the decor is super trendy and very friendly helpful staff.

Good selection and yummy food - Edit
Falafel is the main vegan protein option but you can get it in a variety of ways which should suit many. I don’t believe the shakes can be made vegan. I didn’t ask but the menu listed yogurt and no soy option. Maybe in the future if there are enough requests? Alternative milk is pretty expensive in supermarkets here at least so that may be hard to accommodate. A guy from Alicante owns it so there’s definitely an understanding of vegan.

Awesome food lovely owners - Edit
So glad we found this gem. We were welcomed by the owners who spoke great English and explained how the restaurant works (a bit like subway) you can choose from a sandwich, wrap, bowl, burrito or pizza but don't think they have a pizza for vegans. You pick your protien (for vegans there is lentil burger or falafel) then choose your salad and sauce to go with it. Very tasty and also a very stylish restaurant. Also have some snacks and juices although the snacks aren't vegan
