Went midweek and had very nice felafels. Really good. Looks as though they have reduced their hours outside term time. Sadly, they only told the world by putting a note on the door. They obviously weren't thinking about the loyal vegans who cross the county to eat.
Had to wait 35 minutes for ONE falafel wrap. Terrible service😡😡Eventually when I got served they run out of chicken.
Intailly not even a sorry when I said I had waited all this time. I asked if the falafel is warm and they were cold. The overall quality was very poor. I should have left like other people did after waiting a long time. Never coming back to this place where they cant be bothered.
Absolutely delicious falafels, cooked to perfection.
We had a medium falafel wrap each in the restaurant, which was absolutely heaving with the various salad fillings - great value for £3.50.
We also took away a lunch box each, which was like a "big salad" and included falafels & hummous - great value for £5.95.
Very filling, and survived overnight without going off, as it was specifically purchased for take-away.
The plastic containers they put the take-away in, were super robust, and did not leak in the slightest - so very pleased about that also.
We also had a Hummous platter for £5.50 to share - which was also delicious and filling.
The staff were very friendly, and while we were ordering, asked if we'd been there before. As we hadn't they gave us a free falafel each to try, while processing our order - just a bonus surprise!
Nicely decorated inside, comfy booths, and clean. Worth a visit when in Preston.
quick and easy, the staff are friendly and the flavours are great! love the options. i took a falafel wrap and strawberry smoothie. i wish i could eat it all the time.
i think the price is totally justifiable. you can easily pay upwards of three pounds for a tiny premade wrap in a supermarket, so having large fresh wraps at 4.50 is totally worth it.
Go Falafel on the Fylde Road in Preston has very helpful and friendly staff. How friendly? Well their credit card machine wasn't working, so they insisted we sat down, enjoyed our meal and then go to the cash machine (that they gave directions for) after we'd finished.
The food was fresh, tasty, nutritious, great options and we were so full, we asked for them to box our leftovers.
They had a steady flow of regular customers, who engaged with the staff in a friendly way (always a good thing).
When we left, by way of an apology for the credit card machine failure, they boxed some fresh falafels free of charge.
I just visited this place and the falafel wrap was amazing best I've ever had and it's vegan! Only place in Preston that is all vegan it's incredible the staff are lovely, will definitely be going back to try their other stuff!
Great to pop in for a quick wrap to takeaway, seating is also available. Food is delicious and pretty reasonably priced too. Recomended for healthy fast food.
The best place for Falafel in Manchester has a pad just where it was needed! Freshly prepared falafel with a wide range of varieties of salads and vegetables. Completely vegan, and the first of the brand to have seating! Very clean and modern venue, with friendly staff, so thrilled this is so local!
