Truly some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. It was fresh, flavorful and filling. I got the salad, artichokes, Rueben, and 2 cookies. Meat eater friends were impressed. Cannot wait to go back and try the risotto and broccoli… and everything else on the menu

Unique dishes - Edit
Very friendly and unique dishes. Almost feels a little out of place in the food hall, but in a good way. Risotto was a little too salty for my taste, but may have just been the batch.

We popped in at the urging of another store owner (Zero Waste store) and WOW! We were blown away at the delicious and super fresh menu! We are already planning our next trip! If you have omnivores with you they will be happy with the Beet Reuben (but there’s plenty of other places at the food hall too). We had the Beet Reuben, Cucumbers & the Caesar salad

Enjoyed a great meal here for my birthday. Everything was delicious! If I had to pick a fave it would be the artichokes. Definitely will be going back.

So flavorful - Edit
Had the fried artichoke most recently and it was AMAZING. Never had anything like it. The presentation and flavors were fantastic. Very much looking forward to going back.
Read moreEditing my review to say their reuben and risotto are also wonderful. The risotto is a great citrusy summer dish. The reuben is made with beets and you'd never know, it's done so well!

Gladys? More like SLAPys! - Edit
I sometimes think the Reuben could only possibly exist in my dreams.
Read moreA friend recommended it, and looking at the menu I was all "this looks too healthy". But he told me to trust him so I did and HOLY GUACAMOLE.
Everything I've had has been incredible. Easily in the running for best vegan restaurant in Denver. Small menu but what they lack in quantity they more than make up for in incredible quality.

Fresh Beautiful Food Loaded With Flavor! - Edit
The sweet pea hummus was cool on a hot day. The Green Grains were delicious and had fava beans, my favorite! Main course was the best Mushroom Risotto I've ever tasted! Great presentation!

I travel a lot and have eaten at vegan places all across the country and this is one of best I’ve been too. The restaurant is within a very cool food hall. I had a bit of a tasting. The charred Caesar salad was pure perfection. Creamy and some nice charred flavors in each bite along with come crunchiness. The fried artichokes are terrific. Love them with the aioli sauce. Now……the main course, the Reuben. WOW! This is pure decadence and to think it is made from celery route. What a great place and I love the creative thinking with their entire menu.

This place is just amazing. The menu has a good selection of unique twists on normal american restaurant foods, but is all plant based and delicious.

Fun fresh stop! - Edit
A fun good hall atmosphere with a great upscale feeling plant based option. Not typical vegan junk food but carefully crafted and tasty small plate dishes that change seasonally. I had the flatbread with snap peas and micro-greens and ate it up so fast I forgot to snap a photo. Next time I want to try the risotto. The chocolate chunk and snickerdoodle cookies are a must.

I usually opt for more 'junk food' type options, so I was hesitant to try this restaurant. I wish I tried it sooner, it is so good! I had the risotto and it had creative flavors, a perfect texture, and it was surprisingly filling.

Great vegan spot! - Edit
I love having a plant-based option at Edgewater! The brussel sprouts are great, the green grains dish is really good, I love fava beans and the flavor is just on point, and the Reuben is a classic. I highly recommend grabbing a few of their chocolate chip cookies because you definitely don’t wanna share their chocolately goodness!

gourmet vegan fast food for foodies - Edit
this is a foodie kind of vegan spot. the flavors are complex, creative and yummy. the presentation is creative. this is seriously one of the best vegan spots in the denver area. it's really very good.
Read moreonly con, the staff could be warmer and friendlier. staff may have an air of snobbery. i've eaten here a couple of times and will definitely eat here again and the experience with the staff doesn't inspire me eat here. all good.
i've tried everything on the menu, so far. the rueben is remarkable. how does one make celery root taste like that. everything is very good. in keeping with the foodie experience, portions are foodie sized -i.e., they could be more generous.
Pros: outstanding flavors, create creations
Cons: staff could be more down to earth, portions could be bigger
