A fun good hall atmosphere with a great upscale feeling plant based option. Not typical vegan junk food but carefully crafted and tasty small plate dishes that change seasonally. I had the flatbread with snap peas and micro-greens and ate it up so fast I forgot to snap a photo. Next time I want to try the risotto. The chocolate chunk and snickerdoodle cookies are a must.

I usually opt for more 'junk food' type options, so I was hesitant to try this restaurant. I wish I tried it sooner, it is so good! I had the risotto and it had creative flavors, a perfect texture, and it was surprisingly filling.

I love having a plant-based option at Edgewater! The brussel sprouts are great, the green grains dish is really good, I love fava beans and the flavor is just on point, and the Reuben is a classic. I highly recommend grabbing a few of their chocolate chip cookies because you definitely don’t wanna share their chocolately goodness!

this is a foodie kind of vegan spot. the flavors are complex, creative and yummy. the presentation is creative. this is seriously one of the best vegan spots in the denver area. it's really very good.
Read moreonly con, the staff could be warmer and friendlier. staff may have an air of snobbery. i've eaten here a couple of times and will definitely eat here again and the experience with the staff doesn't inspire me eat here. all good.
i've tried everything on the menu, so far. the rueben is remarkable. how does one make celery root taste like that. everything is very good. in keeping with the foodie experience, portions are foodie sized -i.e., they could be more generous.
Pros: outstanding flavors, create creations
Cons: staff could be more down to earth, portions could be bigger

Been to Gladys several times. Absolutely spectacular every time. Had fried brussel sprouts last time that are easily one of the best things I've had anywhere. You won't go away stuffed but your taste buds will thank you! Amazing food!

The food here is delicious and somewhat healthy. The quality is sit down restaurant worthy in take out form. Their cookies are amazing too. Flat breads, bowls, seasonal. And Edgewater market has tons of non vegan options for mixed dining. One of the hottest new vegan spots in Denver!

I don't use a phrase like that lightly. I've been veggie for over 30 years and I've had the good, the bad, and the ugly and the food at Gladys goes way beyond good.

I'm a vegan who doesn't mind fake meat occasionally, but I do love a good plant-forward choice much better most of the time. I can't wait to go back and try more - though it will be difficult to pass up that sandwich again!
Two chefs were there (the owners, I presume) when I went in and they were absolutely love and gracious and I am so happy to have another locally owned and operated vegan business to support.
Edgewater Marketplace is casual and you order at the counter and they give you a beeper. You can take your food away or eat at a table in the main hall or one of the seating areas outside.
Don't miss this local gem!

All vegan food stand inside of an upscale food court with shops and a bar. No soy meats, all whole vegetable-based. The celery root Reuben is amazing but try anything on the menu it’s all good. Really enjoy the carrot tacos as well. Owned and operated by two career vegan chefs. It’s creative and delicious
