Becoming a favorite - Edit
Have been here twice so far. The root vegetable Reuben and salted chocolate cookie are super decadent. Had the tofu fricasee last time with amazing seasonal vegetables (ramps! Fresh favas!) and idk where they source their tofu but the texture was amazing. Great quality ingredients and rotating menu with just enough tempting options to keep wanting to return.

Simply amazing! - Edit
My favorite restaurant in the Denver area and one of my favorites ever. Have been here a few times and everything I tried had unique flavors and was so delicious. Sunchoke and beets are out of this world! Spicy, crispy, and yummy. Mushroom gnocchi was the best Italian dish I've eaten. Gordo pozole was mildly spicy and refreshing. Garden flatbread was great too. Don't miss this gem!

They need their own brick and mortar - Edit
Located as a stall in a food hall at Edgwater Public Market. Order & they give you a pager when its ready to pick up. The menu is all plants - no fake meats. I had the Root Vegetable Ruben and it was phenomenal. The Sea Salt and Chocolate Chip cookie was to die for. The menu was very unique and if it wasn't so far out of my way I'd go back to sample everything. The quality of what I had and what I saw other people were eating was top tier. Gladys could really have their own restaurant.

At least go for the Reuben - Edit
Small, but carefully crafted, menu. The root veggie Reuben is a mainstay, thankfully! Because that thing alone is worth a visit!! I absolutely adore their backstory and applaud these two families for pouring their heart and soul into this dear place. It’s wonderful.

INCREDIBLE - Edit
We come here often, though still not often enough... it is always incredible. The food is creative, so tasty, seasonal, filling but not greasy, service is always great. And they compost.
Read moreOne thing I've learned is that I never think the Beans and Grains dish sounds good but it's ALWAYS really good. The Caesar is unparalleled. The Reuben is a revelation. We usually order one of everything...

Delicious Fully Vegan Restaurant - Edit
Finally got to try this place and it is amazing! It is very high class food, I even thought it would be a perfect place to go on a first date (vegan or not). I got the Fried Artichokes and the Mushroom Risotto and they were both super delicious! So grateful to have another absolutely delicious vegan restaurant to choose from!

Truly some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. It was fresh, flavorful and filling. I got the salad, artichokes, Rueben, and 2 cookies. Meat eater friends were impressed. Cannot wait to go back and try the risotto and broccoli… and everything else on the menu

Unique dishes - Edit
Very friendly and unique dishes. Almost feels a little out of place in the food hall, but in a good way. Risotto was a little too salty for my taste, but may have just been the batch.

We popped in at the urging of another store owner (Zero Waste store) and WOW! We were blown away at the delicious and super fresh menu! We are already planning our next trip! If you have omnivores with you they will be happy with the Beet Reuben (but there’s plenty of other places at the food hall too). We had the Beet Reuben, Cucumbers & the Caesar salad

Jaw Dropping Amazing - Edit
I travel a lot and have eaten at vegan places all across the country and this is one of best I’ve been too. The restaurant is within a very cool food hall. I had a bit of a tasting. The charred Caesar salad was pure perfection. Creamy and some nice charred flavors in each bite along with come crunchiness. The fried artichokes are terrific. Love them with the aioli sauce. Now……the main course, the Reuben. WOW! This is pure decadence and to think it is made from celery route. What a great place and I love the creative thinking with their entire menu.
