I really appreciated the veggie breakfast and it could be vegan. Staff friendly and decor fun. Veggie breakfast becomes a vegan breakfast when you swap out the egg and you get another vegan sausage.

Filling breakfast before a flight - Edit
The breakfast was listed as veggie but you can easily swap the eggs for something else to make it vegan. The vegan sausages were excellent. Lots of smoothies to choose from too. Great breakfast before a flight!
